Abstract

Sektor skala ekonomis, efisiensi energi dan pemberdayaan lingkungan menjadi poin penting dalam mengembangkan industri galangan kapal di Indonesia. Kajian mengenai tiga hal tersebut diyakini mampu memberikan stimulus yang baik bagi tiap-tiap galangan kapal dalam meningkatkan kualitas perusahaannya. Galangan kapal akan berdampak besar terhadap upaya pemerintah dalam memberdayakan potensi industri maritim Indonesia. Pengembangan berkelanjutan sangat dibutuhkan agar proses industri dapat terus ditingkatkan. Masalah utama dan strategis dari ketiga poin penting di atas harus segera diselesaikan dengan rencana sistematis. Oleh sebab itu dibuatlah kajian mengenai pengembangan industri galangan kapal dengan konsep 3E, yang dalam hal ini merupakan kombinasi dari Economies of Scale (skala ekonomis), Energy Efficiency (efisiensi energi), dan Environmental Improvement (perbaikan lingkungan). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), yaitu metode pengambilan keputusan guna mengetahui alteratif terbaik dari banyak elemen pilihan. Data yang diambil adalah data lapangan dengan metode observasi dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa alternatif tertinggi dari setiap bagian di dalam konsep 3E yaitu melakukan peningkatan mutu tenaga kerja dengan bobot 0,577; pemeliharaan mesin kerja dengan bobot 0,488; serta menyediakan dan memfungsikan sanitasi lingkungan yang baik dengan bobot 0,551.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in Indonesia play a pivotal role in shaping students' character and moral values, especially in the face of globalization and societal shifts. This study explores the process of internalizing Islamic values at Al Ghozali Islamic Boarding School in Bogor, focusing on its systematic approach to character education. The research identifies three main stages of value internalization: value transformation, value transaction, and value transinternalization, which collectively contribute to the development of disciplined and responsible students. The study employs a qualitative research design, using participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to collect primary data. The findings indicate that the integration of formal and non-formal education, coupled with role modeling by caregivers, plays a crucial role in instilling values such as discipline, responsibility, and sincerity. This research contributes to the field of character education by demonstrating the practical implementation of value internalization in pesantren and provides insights for improving character education programs in other educational settings. The study also highlights the challenges of adapting traditional methods in the modern digital age.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of strategic planning of Islamic education at MTs Negeri 6 Cianjur in strengthening the quality of the program, taking into account the challenges of coordination and stakeholder participation. Although many studies have examined strategic planning in madrasas, gaps in this literature lie in the lack of integration of Islamic values, data, and participation in evidence-based planning models. To fill this gap, this study developed an integrated planning framework that integrates Islamic values, stakeholder participation, and data-driven reflection to improve the effectiveness of madrasah planning. Through a two-month qualitative case study approach, data was obtained from interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that although planning already reflects Islamic values such as shura, amanah, and ihsan, it is not fully data-based and participatory. This research provides a theoretical contribution through the development of the Integrated Islamic Educational Planning Framework (IIEPF) which can be a practical reference for madrasas in strengthening more participatory, data-driven, and sustainable planning governance
