Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini pada Sekolah Kader Pengawas Partisipatif (SKPP) ini adalah peserta SKPP memperoleh pengetahuan terkait dengan kepengawasan partisipatif pemilu, mengetahui karakter moralitas dan etika yang dapat membangun integritas sebagai pengawas pemilu, serta mengetahui dan memahami faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi moralitas dan etika sebagai pengawas partisipatif pemilu. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2021, dengan lokasi pelaksanaan di Pekanbaru Propinsi Riau. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah, (1) Peserta SKPP memperoleh pengetahuan terkait dengan kepengawasan partisipatif pemilu. (2) mengetahui karakter moralitas dan etika yang dapat membangun integritas sebagai pengawas pemilu. (3) mengetahui dan memahami faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi moralitas dan etika sebagai pengawas partisipatif pemilu. Abstract The purpose of this community service activity at the Participatory Supervisory Cadre School (SKPP) is that SKPP participants gain knowledge related to participatory election supervision, know the character of morality and ethics that can build integrity as election supervisors, also know and understand what factors can affect morality and ethics as participatory election supervisors. This activity held on October 2021, in Pekanbaru, Riau Province. The results of this activity are, (1) SKPP participants gain knowledge related to participatory election supervision. (2) knowing the character of morality and ethics that can build integrity as an election supervisor. (3) knowing and understanding what factors can affect morality and ethics as participatory election supervisors.

Abstract

بعد إصلاح تعليم اللغة العربية جزءا مهما من عملية إحياء محو الأمية الإسلامية في العصر الحدي   .فاللغة العربية ليست وسيلة للتواصل فحسب، بل هي مهمة أيضا لفهم الأدب الإسلامي الكلاسيكي والمعاصر، وكذلك لدمج التكنولوجيا الحديثة في التعلم. تبحث هذه الدراسة كيف يمكن الإصلاح تعليم اللغة العربية أن يحسن فهم الطلاب للأدب الإسلامي وبناء أساس مناسب لمحو الأمية في العصر الحديث. ومن المتوقع أن يساعد هذا الإصلاح الطلاب على اكتساب مهارات قوية ومتعمقة في اللغة العربية، حتى يتمكنوا من الوصول إلى الأعمال المهمة في الأدب الإسلامي وفهمها . تظهر نتائج الدراسة أن التغييرات الصحيحة في تعليم اللغة العربية يمكن أن تساعد في إحياء اهتمام الطلاب بالأدب الإسلامي وتعزيز هويتهم الإسلامية.

Abstract

Death sharing has become a part of community life in many regions in Indonesia, necessitating proper financial management. Good financial governance within these social groups can provide peace of mind and minimize the potential for conflict between members and administrators. This study aims to examine the management of funds in the social group of the Death Company. This research used a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews. The results of this study indicate that the existence of Kongsi Death social group is needed in carrying out social activities, for example to visit the member when get sick, compensation for condolences for those who misfortune/death, marriage, or related events such as thanksgiving celebration. The nature of membership of this community is voluntary and each member is required to pay certain fees to help each other if there are any social activities. and also have some assets such as cooking equipment, grave land and ambulances. For this reason, good practice of financial management is needed to manage the funds so that they are right on target and transparent and useful. With good financial governance in the social association, it can provide peace and minimize the potential for conflict between members and administrators in this community.
