<![CDATA[Tulisan ini berfokus pada analisis dan rekomendasi terhadap resolusi konflik di Desa Wadas, Kabupaten Purworejo, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Aspek yang diteliti dalam tulisan ini adalah resolusi konflik yang telah dilakukan atau telah diterapkan di Desa Wadas menggunakan pendekatan yang dijabarkan oleh Nulhaqim dkk serta merekomendasikan upaya resolusi konflik seperti apa yang sebaiknya dilakukan untuk meredakan konflik yang terjadi di Desa Wadas. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pendekatan studi pustaka, dimana penulis mendeskripsikan fenomena situasi dan masalah secara komprehensif dengan mengumpulkan dari sumber-sumber ilmiah yang relevan dengan tema yang dibahas. Tujuan penulis menganalisis permasalahan di Desa Wadas yakni agar memberikan gambaran secara komprehensif mengenai runtutan kronologi konflik yang terjadi di Desa Wadas serta menganalisis bagaimana resolusi yang sudah dilakukan dan direncanakan serta memberikan rekomendasi upaya resolusi konflik yang sebaiknya dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan konflik yang terjadi di Desa Wadas. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penulisan ini adalah terdapat beberapa rekomendasi resolusi konflik yang diusulkan oleh akademisi dan praktisi serta pemangku pemerintah. This paper focuses on analysis and recommendations for conflict resolution in Wadas Village, Purworejo District, Central Java Province. The aspect examined in this paper is the conflict resolution that has been carried out or has been implemented in Wadas Village using the approach described by Nulhaqim et al as well as recommending what kind of conflict resolution efforts should be carried out to mitigate the conflict that occurred in Wadas Village. This paper uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach, in which the author describes the phenomena of the situation and problems comprehensively by gathering from scientific sources relevant to the themes discussed. The author's goal is to analyze the problems in Wadas Village, namely to provide a comprehensive picture of the chronological sequence of conflicts that occurred in Wadas Village and to analyze how the resolutions have been carried out and planned and to provide recommendations for conflict resolution efforts that should be carried out to resolve conflicts that occurred in Wadas Village. The conclusion that can be drawn from this writing is that there are several conflict resolution recommendations proposed by academics and practitioners as well as government stakeholders.]]>
