Abstract

In this research, the focus is on the quality of restaurant waiter service on the West Side of Coffee Bogor. Where good service quality is very important to produce employee performance and create a good hotel image. This research aims to: a.) How is the physical evidence seen at West Side Coffee Bogor? b.) How is the reliability of employees at West Side Coffee Bogor? c.) How is the responsiveness of employees at West Side Coffee Bogor? d.) What is Has the guarantee made by employees at West Side Coffee Bogor been implemented? e.) Is there concern from employees towards guests at West Side Coffee Bogor? The method applied in preparing this Final Assignment is Descriptive.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the workload of receptionist employees at Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. The collection method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires and observing. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses a Likert scale. Problems in research: a.) 1. What are the physical demands of receptionist employees at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung b.) 2. What are the job demands of receptionist employees at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. Suggestions given for solving problems are: Work load has a very physical and mental impact Receptionist employees at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung, if physical and mental conditions improve, the quality of employee work will be better. Therefore, the author suggests to companies to hold activities that can refresh the minds and physical bodies of their employees. And secondly, workload assignments. The distribution of work tasks to employees should be given evenly so that excessive workload does not occur, if the number of tasks given to employees is balanced with number of employees, then there will be no imbalance. Employees will also not overtime or exceed their expected working hours. Keywords: Workload, Receptionist

Abstract

This study intends to reveal how the performance of Bandung Tourism College lecturers (STPB) and the extent to which work motivation factors and the level of job satisfaction of lecturers and communication affect the performance of Bandung Tourism High School (STPB), while other factors that can affect the performance lecturers besides these three factors are ignored, the results are expected to contribute to the development of Human Resource management, especially management. This research uses descriptive analysis method, because this research besides wanting to get a picture of Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Communication and Performance of Bandung Tourism College Lecturers (STPB), also wants to get a picture of the pattern of relationships and the influence of determined research variables.
