Abstract

The penetration of internet use in the world and in Indonesia has increased quite significantly in the last five years. This growth has been supported by a number of factors forming positive attitudes (the attitude toward using digital banks) and driving the intentions to adopt digital banking services (the intention to use digital banks), such as perceived risk, brand reputation, and subjective norms. Samples were purposively selected in the age range of 25-76 and the responses to the self-administered questionnaire were processed using SEM-PLS. The results of the research demonstrate that only subjective norms are able to substantially alter the attitude toward and the intentions toward using digital banks. Attitude toward using a digital bank is a key process that partially explains the influence of brand reputation and subjective norms on the intention to use a digital bank.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of Transformational Leadership and School Climate on Teacher Performance. The survey was conducted on teachers from five Christian high schools located in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The sample was selected by convenience where as many as 103 teachers were willing to participate in the survey conducted. Using the SEM-PLS statistical technique to process the collected primary data, the results showed that transformational leadership had a direct, positive and significant effect on school climate but had no significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, school climate has a direct, positive and significant effect on teacher performance. What's interesting is that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance when mediated by school climate. Thus, school climate is a perfect mediating variable in which transformational leadership applied by school leaders will have a significant effect on teacher performance only when the school climate is also considered positive.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the global fashion industry has made it the world’s third highest contributor to waste and pollution. In recent years, the slow-fashion movement has been oriented towards sustainability issues to reduce the negative impact of fast fashion. This study aims to analyze the effect of Slow-Fashion Orientation (SFO) on Attitude, Purchase Intention, and Willingness to Pay Premium. Primary data collection was conducted through a survey of 251 respondents spread across various regions of Indonesia through purposive sampling using the Populix research panel service. The results showed that slow-fashion orientation (SFO) has a direct and significant effect on Attitude, Purchase Intention, and respondents' willingness to pay more for slow-fashion products (Willingness To Pay Premium). Attitude, directly and as a mediator, is proven to significantly influence Purchase Intention, and respondents' willingness to pay more for slow-fashion products (willingness to pay premium).

Abstract

This study investigated the effects of Interface Quality, Application Incentives, and Security/Privacy on marketplace E-Loyalty through Flow experience. By prioritizing and improving these factors, marketplaces can foster a relational perspective that encourages users to develop a long-term relationship with the application, leading to sustained growth and success. Central to marketplace E-Loyalty is the relational perspective, which emphasizes consumers’ intention to establish a relationship with a marketplace application without shifting to competitors. Respondents were selected purposively to participate in an online survey, resulting in 305 usable responses. A partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to establish the measurement and structural fit of the data. The results confirmed that Interface Quality and Flow directly influenced E-Loyalty, while Interface Quality and Security/Privacy indirectly influenced Flow. Application Incentives were not found to bolster E-Loyalty directly and indirectly through Flow experience. This study provides a broader view of the importance of Interface Quality and Security/Privacy in promoting E-Loyalty with Flow while also offering a new perspective on the effect of Application Incentives on marketplace E-Loyalty from a relational standpoint.
