This study aims to determine the implementation of micro-enterprise empowerment through Sleman Mart carried out by the Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Office of Sleman Regency in 2020-2021. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach and uses the implementation theory by Merilee S. Grindle. The technique of collecting data is done using interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that the implementation of Sleman Mart by the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in Sleman Regency, which was measured using Merilee S. Grindle's theory, had been going pretty well. However, if it is seen from the seven indicators used in this study, it has not fully fulfilled. Implementation of Sleman Mart in 2020-2021 there are still deficiencies in the indicators of the resources used, namely inadequate facilities and infrastructure and limited and incompetent human resources to carry out Sleman Mart.
