<![CDATA[“Ungkap Rasa” adalah sebuah komposisi yang bersumber dari teks berisi ungkapan sebuah rasa di hati atau disebut curahan isi hati. Komposisi ini dibuat menggunakan konsep gaya resitatif, dengan format paduan suara. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mentransformasikan teks berisi curahan isi hati melalui medium bunyi menggunakan konsep gaya resitatif ke dalam karya “Ungkap Rasa”, dan mengetahui cara implementasi gaya resitatif ke dalam format paduan suara. Metode yang dilakukan penulis dalam proses penciptaan karya ini adalah tahap persiapan, perumusan ide penciptaan, penyusunan konsep, tahap observasi, tahap eksplorasi, evaluasi dan finishing. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses yang dilakukan untuk mentransformasi teks curahan isi hati ke dalam medium bunyi menggunakan konsep gaya resitatif adalah dengan mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kata dan unsur musik seperti intonasi dengan mempertimbangkan serta menyesuaikan penekanan kata atau kalimat. Salah satu cara implementasi gaya resitatif yang digunakan ke dalam format paduan suara adalah dengan eksplorasi penggunaan nonsense syllables atau kata – kata yang tidak masuk akal atau tanpa makna.Kata kunci: resitatif, paduan suara, transformasi, nonsense syllables"UNGKAP RASA" Choral Composition with Recitative StyleABSTRACT "Ungkap Rasa" is a composition that comes from a text containing the expression of a feeling in the heart or called the outpouring of the heart. This composition is made using the concept of recitative style, with a choir format. This research intends to transform the text containing the outpouring of the heart through the medium of sound using the concept of recitative style into the work "Ungkap Rasa", and find out how to implement the recitative style into the choir format. The method used by the author in the process of creating this work is the preparation stage, formulation of the idea of creation, conceptualization, observation stage, exploration stage, evaluation and finishing. This research shows that the process of transforming the heartfelt text into the medium of sound using the concept of recitative style is to explore the relationship between words and musical elements such as intonation by considering and adjusting the emphasis of words or sentences.
