Performance appraisal that is carried out properly will be beneficial for both employees and the company itself. The 360-degree assessment method is that an employee's assessment is not only taken from the assessment of his immediate supervisor or second superior above him, but also requested from an equal peer or from the relevant direct subordinate, the largest contribution of the assessment comes from his immediate supervisor and second supervisor. By applying the 360-degree method to the employee performance appraisal information system, it can eliminate the objectivity of the appraiser in assessing employee performance. Setiap perusahaan memiliki anggaran untuk mendukung kegiatan operasionalnya dan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Pada saat ini Koperasi Sukses Bersama melakukan proses pengendalian anggaran diantaranya sistem rencana pencatatan anggaran dan pengeluaran masih konvensional dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, mulai dari pencatatan anggaran sampai pada pelaporan realisasinya. Sistem yang digunakan saat ini belum menghasilkan laporan yang efektif dan efisien serta beresiko menimbulkan kendala, terutama dalam proses pencatatan pengajuan rincian anggaran serta pengeluarannya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, hal tersebut dapat menyulitkan dalam mendeteksi sumber masalah apabila terjadi over budget. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode Activity Based Budgeting (ABB) guna mempermudah dalam proses penyusunan rencana anggaran yang berdasarkan aktivitas serta kebutuhan diperusahaan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan model pengembangan R&D mensyaratkan bentuk skenario-skenario dengan berbagai variasi masukan dan memastikan sebuah bentuk keluaran sebagai syarat lulus pengujian.Hasil dari penelitian dan skenario pengujian yang dijalankan menghasilkan rancangan program aplikasi web yang dapat membantu kelancaran proses informasi pada Koperasi Sukses Bersama, sehingga berguna untuk membantu dalam proses penyusunan laporan rencana anggaran dan pengeluarannya serta dapat mempermudah staff dalam mengelola penyusunan rencana anggaran keuangan, dan juga membantu menghasilkan sistem yang dapat mempersingkat waktu proses persetujuan. Oleh Sebab itu, dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pengendalian Anggaran keuangan dengan metode Activity Based Budgeting (ABB) berbasis website, yang difungsikan sesuai aktivitas dan kebutuhan perusahaan

Bank reconciliation is one of the ways that companies do as a form of internal company control. CV Lisa Pratama in the company's internal control has not carried out a bank reconciliation. The methods used in this research are interviews, observation and literature, while the bank reconciliation method is used as a method of solving existing problems, the research method uses the research and development method of R&D (Research and Development) and the system development method uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. . For internal control, the company uses bank reconciliation. Based on the evaluation, it can be concluded that the CV. Lisa Pratama has not conducted bank reconciliation every month. Bank reconciliation aims to match company balances with bank checking accounts so that the company knows the causes of differences in balances such as bank interest income transactions and bank administration fees which are only known to the bank which is not yet known by the company and vice versa. The benefit of reconciliation for the company is as an internal control for bank cash receipts and payments.

Green Mukti is a youth group founded by the Jatilor village government, Godong District, Grobogan Regency, with the aim of increasing the participation of the younger generation in the agricultural sector, especially in rice production, from planting to processing. However, over time, several problems have emerged, such as inconsistencies in the quality of production results or loss of rice raw materials due to errors in recording during harvest. Therefore, more effective monitoring is needed to ensure that the rice production process runs smoothly. One solution that can be applied is the development of a website with a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach. SOA is an architectural style that offers benefits such as flexibility, reuse in various projects, and integration with various applications. With this service-based website, all stages of production can be monitored and controlled, thereby reducing errors, maintaining quality, and ensuring the availability of rice.

Media belajar yang didorong dan difasilitasi oleh sekolah meliputi pengadaan tape recorder, LCD proyektor, dan komputer. Pada umumnya pengadaan peralatan ini telah ada kurang lebih 10 tahun terakhir. Di era revolusi industri 4.0 harusnya semua aspek kehidupan termasuk pendidikan didorong untuk menggunakan teknologi informasi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan komputer dan internet bagi guru SMP IT Insan Cendekia. Sedangkan metode yang di gunakan dalam program pelatihan pembuatan pembelajaran adalah dengan pemaparan materi di dalam ruang kelas dan praktek langsung di ruang kelas dengan menggunakan laptop. Hasil temuan di dapatkan adalah Para guru SMP IT Insan Cendekia dapat memahami dan menggunakan tool-tool yang ada di aplikasi power point dan dapat mengeksport ke video, Para guru SMP IT Insan Cendekia dapat memahami dan menggunakan tool-tool yang ada di aplikasi canva.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based Asset and Goods Management Information System (SIPAB) implemented at Universitas STEKOM, Kendal Campus. The primary issue in asset management at this institution lies in the continued use of conventional tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word, which are prone to errors and inefficiency in reporting and monitoring. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Waterfall development model. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature study. The result of this research is a web-based system comprising modules for asset data, maintenance, disposal, and reports accessible internally. The system is expected to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and security of campus asset management.

Employee attendance is primary factor at an institution or company in achieving target. This condition relates to disciplines. And affect to pros and cons company management or human resource quality it self, impact that happened can be in the form of lack of output from production result. Much company managements take decision by conduct salary amputation of each absence employee in the operation. In consequence, must existence of special record to note existence and employees absence in order to employees existence in conducting job activity are noted properly. A lot of way of used for processing employees attendance, one of that is with use barcode machine. In STEKOM, absence system which used is fingerprint scanner machine, but the system mentioned is requiring expensive cost enough, it needs troubleshooting and also repairing. So that company have to releasing a lot of cost for handle employees attendance process. Beside that, damage fingerprint condition, wet and dirty can be became of employees. So its disturb process of absence transaction. Minutiae method is a method which is used by the writer in this research. This method is assumed as an effective method to describe the intrinsic elements in designing and identifying finger print. It is because in processing a program, it should be described in order to be understandable.
