Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui manakah yang memberikan prestasi belajar matematika lebih baik, pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) atau dengan model pembelajaran konvensional; (2) untuk mengetahui manakah yang memberikan prestasi belajar matematika lebih baik, siswa dengan kemampuan awal tinggi, sedang, atau rendah; dan (3) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui teknik tes dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Bina Patria 1 Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara cluster random sampling. Uji hipotesis dengan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama dilanjutkan komparasi ganda dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) prestasi belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran NHT lebih baik daripada prestasi belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran konvensional; (2) tidak terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar matematika siswa pada siswa dengan kemampuan awal tinggi, sedang dan rendah; dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Numbered Head Together, Prestasi Belajar, Kemampuan Awal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to gain a general understanding of how learning is implemented. At Al MAdina Islamic Elementary School Semarang, Indonesia, class IVA students took part in a simple experiment on the photosynthesis process using a quantum learning model to improve learning outcomes. Classroom action research (PTK), a form of research consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection, is a stage in each cycle. The research was carried out in two cycles, with one meeting each cycle. Student worksheets were used to collect research data. Quantitative and qualitative analysis methods are used in the data analysis process. Based on learning results, it can be seen from the pre-cycle that 14% of students completed and 86% of students did not complete. Cycle I obtained 61% completeness and 39% incomplete. Meanwhile, in cycle II, reflection was carried out so that there was an increase from cycle I with completion achievements of 93% of students completing and 7% of students not completing. By applying the Quantum Learning model in simple experiments using games, it can make students happy in participating in learning so that it can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects, especially photosynthesis process material in class IVA at Almadina Islamic Elementary School, Semarang.

Abstract

Penggunaan model pembelajaran yang kurang tepat dan belum adanya media pengembangan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media wordwall terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Polokarto tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis eksperimen nyata tipe pretest-posttest control group design . Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Polokarto. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara simple random sampling . Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI.7 dan XI.8 masing-masing berjumlah 26 dan 29 siswa. Data penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar matematika siswa. Uji kondisi tersebut mencakup uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Setelah terpenuhinya uji perenang dilakukan uji hipotesis terhadap data kemampuan awal dan akhir siswa dengan uji t-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media wordwall terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis terhadap kemampuan akhir matematika siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh bahwa nilai thitung = 1,934801103 dan ttabel = 1,67412. Karena thitung > ttabel maka diperoleh keputusan bahwa H0 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media wordwall terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Polokarto tahun pelajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of financial performance and corporate governance on audit report lag. Despite OJK No. 14/POJK/04/2022 regulation mandating that listed companies submit audited financial statements within 90 days of the fiscal year-end, many firms fail to meet this deadline. This study focuses on the consumer cyclicals sector, which shows the highest incidence of delay during the 2019–2022. The main research question is: Do financial performance and corporate governance significantly influence audit report lag in Indonesian consumer cyclical companies? While prior research has examined audit report lag in general, few studies focus specifically on the consumer cyclicals sector in Indonesia, especially during a period of macroeconomic fluctuation such as 2019–2022. This paper provides a fresh perspective by incorporating underexplored governance indicators like audit committee meeting intensity and board composition. This quantitative study uses purposive sampling, resulting in an unbalanced panel of 123 companies and 405 observations. Data were analyzed using EViews 13 with panel data regression. The analysis includes descriptive statistics, panel model selection tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Profitability (ROA), solvency (DAR), and the composition of the board of directors’ educational background negatively affect audit report lag. In contrast, the proportion of independent commissioners and the intensity of audit committee meetings have no significant effect. Financial performance and specific aspects of corporate governance can reduce audit report lag, which implies that companies and auditors can manage reporting timeliness more effectively by enhancing these factors. These findings can inform regulators and stakeholders to reassess existing policies.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts related to solid shapes with flat surfaces in class VIII A at MTs Al Jauhar Semin Gunungkidul, Semester II of the 2024/2025 academic year, through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The results show an improvement in students' understanding of mathematical concepts, with the initial weighted score of 11 (24.75%) increasing to 20 (45.00%) in Cycle I, 27 (60.75%) in Cycle II, and 35 (78.75%) in Cycle III. The average score also increased from 56.16 in the initial condition to 71.15 in Cycle I, 74.23 in Cycle II, and 84.61 in Cycle III. The number of students who met the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) also rose, from 3 students (11.53%) in the initial condition to 12 students (46.15%) in Cycle I, 16 students (61.53%) in Cycle II, and 25 students (96.15%) in Cycle III. Overall, this study demonstrates that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model successfully enhanced students' understanding of mathematical concepts related to solid shapes with flat surfaces. Based on these results, it can be concluded that this model is effective in improving students' understanding in mathematics learning.

Abstract

This study aim to determine the impact of original revenue and intergovermental transfer to regional government financial performance.The populations are proviancial goverments in Indonesia in 2018-2021.The method used in this research was descriptive method by using empirical study. Technique of collecting data was conducted through secondary data obtained from document research. The data analysis technique is panel data regression with spss v.25. The result of this study are (1) Original revieanue has a positive effect to regional government financial performance; (2) Intergovermental transfer has a negative effect to regional government financial performance; and (3) Original revenue and intergovermental transfer have a positive effect to regional government financial performance.
