Abstract

Objectives-Financial management is the process of systematically carrying out financial resources to meet the needs of life. In financial management, a person often thinks partially, thus causing illogical use of money because of the mental accounting aspects of the individual. This research aimed to analyze mental accounting in household financial management of civil servants of senior high school teachers in Sirimau District Ambon. Methods - This research was a descriptive study. The sample in this research was civil servant of high school teachers in Sirimau District Ambon. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to the high school teacher in Sirimau district Ambon. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics using frequency distribution. Results - The research results indicate that there is a mental acoounting in household financial management. This can be seen from the behavior that tends to classify and enforce differently depending on where the money comes from. In this research, mental accounting is used as a self control in the sense that it does not have a biased effect but a good one.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) whether the service quality dimensions has significant and positive effect on the students satisfaction of Pattimura University Ambon?; (2) whether the corporate image has significant and positive effect on the student satisfaction of Pattimura University, Ambon? This research is descriptive using expalanatory methods, data collection is taken through observation, interviews and documentation. Data are analyzed with SPSS version 17.0, through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there are three positive and significant variables which has effect on the student satisfaction of the Pattimura University, Ambon is Empathy (X4), Reability (X5), and Corporate image (X6). There are also 3 insignificant variables to the students satisfaction in the campus of Unpatti Ambon i.e.: responsivness (X1), Assurance (X2), and Tanggible (X3). The most dominant influence variable on the student satisfaction in the campus of Unpatti Ambon is empathy variable (X4) with coefisien of 23.1%, followed by Reability variable with research coefisien at 19.5%, and corporate image (X6) with research coefficient of 17, 3%. Abstract

Potensi sumber daya alam yang dimiliki oleh Desa Hatusua tersebut selain dibidang perikanan ada juga dibidang pertanian dan perkebunan. Salah satu hasil perkebunan yang dimiliki oleh Desa Hatusua adalah tanaman pohon kelapa. Hasil dari tanaman perkebunan ini selain buah yang dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari dan di jual dipasaran ternyata salah satu bagian dari tanaman pohon kelapa ini sangat berguna untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan baku kerajinan tangan. Bagian dari batang daun kelapa yang muda bisa berfungsi sebagai bahan baku piring anyaman. Inovasi yang ditawarkan bagi Perempuan Jemaat GPM Hatusua adalah mengubah batang daun kelapa yang mudah menjadi piring anyaman. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah berupa pelatihan pembuatan piring anyaman, pembentukan dan pendampingan kelompok usaha piring anyaman, serta penguatan kapasitas bisnis kelompok usaha dari sisi produksi, pemasaran, dan pengelolaan keuangan. Permasalahan mitra yang utama adalah masih kurangnya pengetahuan mitra dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan bahan baku batang daun kelapa muda menjadi piring anyaman. Belum ada kelompok usaha piring anyaman di Negeri dan Jemaat Hatusua, masih kurangnya pengetahuan mitra tentang pengelolaan usaha yang baik ditinjau dari sisi produk yang baik, ketersediaan saluran pemasaran, serta pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan keuangan usaha yang baik. Solusi tekhnis yang ditawarkan adalah pemberdayaan dan pembentukan kelompok usaha dengan bentuk kegiatan melakukan pelatihan pembuatan piring anyaman dan penguatan kapasitas bisnis kelompok usaha.
