Abstract

The problem that occurred was CV. Scootres Group had not had a marketing application, so it was difficult to serve the buyers who wanted to buy a Vespa when they were far from the location. Sometimes the seller has to answer the questions one by one for the buyers. This study aims to create an Android-based Vespa Motorcycle Marketing application to facilitate marketing on the CV. Scoots Group. The data was obtained through Field Research, Library Research, and interviews. Then the system design stage, application creation, and testing stage. The SDK used is EasyAR, and the C programming language, and the method used in this research is the Markerless method. The results of the study indicate that the system used is BlackBox testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) based on BlackBox testing. The system is running well, and based on UAT testing, 10 respondents with a percentage of 85% and 2 Expert Examiners with a percentage of 89%, both are included in the category strongly agree to apply.

Abstract

This research addresses the persistent challenge of defamation, notably prevalent on the Twitter platform, where the discovery of digital evidence is hampered by robust privacy protections. The study aims to investigate and identify digital evidence in defamation cases on Twitter, focusing on optimizing the evidence discovery process. Employing static forensics to prevent data alterations during acquisition from devices associated with defamation, the research successfully uncovered various digital evidence, including text from deleted comments, usernames, emails, and deleted image files linked to defamation. Out of the initial 28 reported data instances, 22 pieces of evidence were identified, resulting in an impressive 79% accuracy rate. The investigative procedures align with the chain of custody, ensuring the reliability of the collected evidence. This study not only contributes valuable insights into digital evidence discovery in online defamation cases but also highlights the efficacy of static forensics as a method. These findings provide a foundation for robust digital forensic practices, crucial for addressing challenges posed by online defamation on social media platforms.

Abstract

The problem with the current system is that Try Out for the National Examination at SMP Negeri 35 Makassar is still done manually, therefore I provide a solution for designing the Try Out application, which produces an application that can help students in preparation for the National Examination. This research aims to design an effective and efficient national exam try-out application at SMP Negeri 35 Makassar, implementing the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) at SMP Negeri 35 Makassar. This data was obtained through literature studies and interviews. Data analysis uses PHP programming scripts and MySQL data. The results of this research show that the Try Out application is user-friendly, has an attractive appearance, and has complete features that can make things easier for students, especially in carrying out Try Outs, so that the process of processing test results is more effective and efficient, the Try Out Application is quite good, useful for users and so needed that it was declared feasible based on the tests carried out, with an average score of 86.00% from 44 respondents.

Abstract

Increased electricity consumption in office environments often results in waste and inefficient costs. This study aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smart Office system using a fuzzy algorithm to improve electricity efficiency. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the Continuous Improvement Spiral model. This system is designed by utilizing a DHT11 sensor for temperature and an LDR for light intensity, which is connected to an Arduino Nano as the main data processor. Data is processed using a fuzzy algorithm to control electronic devices, such as lights and fans, and monitored through the Blynk application. The results showed that the system was able to reduce electricity consumption from 63.57 kWh to 41.32 kWh, with significant savings in monthly electricity costs. The average sensor accuracy reached 99.40% for DHT11 and 96.36% for LDR. This system makes a positive contribution to energy efficiency and is a sustainable solution for office environments.

Abstract

Saat ini sistem akses pada kanal banjir pemantauan tinggi air masih dilakukan secara berkala dan proses kerja masih dikontrol oleh petugas. Oleh karena itu untuk mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin pesat dizaman ini dirancanglah sebuah sistem akses yang bekerja secara otomatis yaitu prototipe sistem monitoring ketinggian air pada kanal air berbasis internet of things. Dengan dukungan mikrokontroler, Node MCU ESP8622 sebagai otak untuk mengelolah data dari sensor ultrasonik ke monitoring, sensor aliran dan sensor air. Sistem ini juga dibangun dengan menggunakan rangkaian komponen Node MCU ESP8622, sensor ultrasonik, Relay, Buzzer, lampu Led, dan Node MCU ESP8622 sedangkan aplikasi monitoring dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman JavaScript dan HTML. Prototipe sistem monitoring ketinggian air pada bendungan berbasis internet of things ini diuji menggunakan Black-box yang menyatakan bahwa sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dan bebas dari kesalahan.
