Abstract

ABSTRAKLansia atau usia lanjut merupakan bagian dari proses kehidupan yang tidak dapat dihindarkan dan akan dialami oleh setiap individu. Pada aspek kesehatan, peningkatan jumlah tersebut akan menimbulkan masalah fungsional maupun psikologi. Masalah psikologi yang lazim dan praktis ada pada lansia adalah kecemasan. Pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dan logoterapi pada lansia diharapkan dapat memaknai hidup dengan perubahan yang dialami sehingga ia dapat produktif dalam keterbatasan yang dimilikinya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dan logoterapi untuk menurunkan kecemasan pada lansia di posyandu lansia dahlia puskemas mojosongo surakarta. Metode penelitian adalah quasi experiment dengan desain pre-post test design with control group. Data diambil sebelum dan sesudah pemberian intervensi pendidian kesehatan dan logoterapi pada lansia yang mengalami kecemasan di kelompok intervensi. Cara pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 klien dibagi 2 yaitu 30 responden untuk kelompok intervensi dan 30 responden untuk kelompok kontrol. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) yang berjumlah 14 pertanyaan. Analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Paired t-tes serta uji independen sample t-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan kondisi kecemasan secara bermakna pada kelompok intervensi maupun kontrol (p value< 0,05). Penurunan kondisi kecemasan pada kelompok lansia yang mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan dan logoterapi menurun lebih rendah secara bermakna dibanding dengan kelompok lansia yang tidak mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan dan logoterapi (p value< 0,05). Pendidikan kesehatan dan logoterapi direkomendasikan sebagai terapi dalam mendampingi lansia dengan kondisi cemas.Kata kunci: lansia, logoterapi, kecemasan, pendidikan kesehatanABSTRACTElderly is part of the process of life that can not be avoided and will be experienced by each individual. On the health aspect, the increase in the amount will cause problems, both functional and psychological problems. Psychological problems and practical common in the elderly there is anxiety. The provision of health education and logotherapy in the elderly is expected to make sense of life with the changes experienced so that he can be productive within its limitations. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of health education and Logotherapy to reduce anxiety in the elderly in the neighborhood health center clinics elderly Dahlia Mojosongo Surakarta. The research method was quasi experiment with pre - post test design with control group. Data were taken before and after the administration of health and logotherapy pendidian intervention in the elderly who experience anxiety in the intervention group. Total sampling with a sample of 60 clients divided by 2 group is 30 respondents to the intervention group and 30 respondents to the control group. The research instrument to determine anxiety questionnaire Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (Hars) which amounts to 14 questions, were analyzed using univariate and bivariate Paired t - test and independent sample t - test test. The results of this study showed a significant decrease in anxiety conditions, both in the intervention and control groups (p value < 0.05). The declining state of anxiety in the elderly group who received health education and logotherapy declined significantly lower compared with elderly people who do not get health education and logotherapy (p value < 0.05). Health education and logotherapy recommended as therapy in assisting the elderly with anxiety conditions .Keywords: elderly, anxiety, health education, logotherapy

Abstract

Violence against children is treatment, action, or neglect that results in disability and death in children. Children need to have sufficient knowledge of violence and its prevention so that they can minimize and prevent and protect themselves from violence. Efforts to increase prevention of violence against children can be implemented by increasing knowledge. One way to increase knowledge is to use learning methods using comics. Comics are educational media with interesting pictures and stories that are easy for children to understand. The benefit of research is to gain knowledge so that you are able to prevent and protect yourself against violence against children. The research method was carried out using comic media on elementary school children. The results of the study after education was carried out, namely that there was an increase in children's knowledge about the knowledge of preventing violent behavior.

Abstract

Mental health frequently receives inadequate attention and is often disregarded by individuals who tend to prioritize physical health over mental well-being. The occurrence of mental disorders in adolescents (aged 15-24 years) is associated with a depression rate of 6.2%. Severe depression tends to lead to self-harm and suicide. Approximately 80-90% of suicide cases can be attributed to depression and anxiety. A comprehensive understanding of adolescent mental health is essential for determining appropriate actions to make adolescents aware that mental health is equally essential. Preventing mental health issues in adolescents is crucial for avoiding further mental disorders or psychological problems. Prevention can be effectively achieved through health education for adolescents, enabling them to comprehend the significance of their mental health. E-modules provide an ideal medium for reaching adolescents, as they adapt conventional modules by incorporating information technology, making them more engaging and interactive. This enhances their appeal as an engaging and interactive learning resource. Digital modules (e-modules) enriched with audiovisual technology are expected to apprehend students' interests and create a conducive learning environment. The research objective was to investigate the effect of E-modules on adolescents' understanding of mental health. The study adopted a quantitative approach, using a quasi-experimental research design with a pre-posttest without control, conducted through intervention with a single group. The study was conducted at SMP 8 Surakarta and data were collected before and after the intervention. Data analysis employed the Wilcoxon test was used to obtain a significant result with a p-value of 0.01 (p < 0.05). Based on these findings, E-modules affected adolescents' mental health acquaintances.

Abstract

Abstract: Unfavorable behavior that is carried out individually or in groups towards other individuals or groups that is carried out continuously or continuously, repeatedly by means of physical, psychological or mental harm. These actions can lead to depression, sadness and other bad behavior. Bullying can be minimized by increasing knowledge about bullying prevention with education. Community service locations have been carried out at Posyandu Banyurip Kalikobok Sragen. The output of the activity is being able to increase mother's knowledge about the importance of preventing bullying in children. The implementation has been carried out in January-February 2023 at Posyandu Banyurip Kalikobok Tanon Sragen. The method used is the provision of videos and discussions. The media and tools used are video. The results of the implementation of community service activities, namely that there was a change in increasing knowledge of mothers about bullying prevention, namely from 66.25%, after being given health education increased to 98.125%.
