<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam materi satuan baku. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Tindakan yang diberikan oleh peneliti yaitu berupa penerapan metode snowball throwing. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD Negeri 2 Platarejo Kecamatan Giriwoyo Kabupaten Wonogiri tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yang jumlah siswanya ada 12 anak dengan satu rombongan belajar. Objek penelitian adalah hasil belajar tentang satuan baku. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik tes, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Sementara itu, indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Siswa dikatakan berhasil mencapai aspek pengetahuan, apabila nilai yang diperoleh sesuai dengan KKM tersebut dalam kategori baik. Keberhasilan klasikal pengetahuan menjelaskan tentang satuan baku mencapai 85 % siswa tuntas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode snowball throwing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada siswa kelas II SD Negeri 2 Platarejo Kecamatan Giriwoyo Kabupaten Wonogiri tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar, Metode Snowball Throwing AbstractThis study aims to improve student learning outcomes in standard unit material. This research is a type of classroom action research which consists of two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The action given by the researcher was the application of the snowball throwing method. The subjects of this study were second grade students of SD Negeri 2 Platarejo, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency in the 2019/2020 academic year, where there were 12 students with one study group. The object of research is the result of learning about standard units. The data collection techniques used in this study were tests, interviews, observation, documentation, and field notes. Meanwhile, the indicator of success in this study is that students are said to have succeeded in achieving the knowledge aspect, if the value obtained is in accordance with the KKM in the good category. The success of classical knowledge in explaining the standard units reaches 85% of students complete.
