Abstract

Learning is a process that takes place within an individual, transforming their behavior in terms of thinking, attitudes, and actions. Education is the process of transferring knowledge involving various elements in the educational system, namely: the teacher/educator, learners, materials, objectives, and tools. Planned or accompanied learning must be effective and efficient so that the learning objectives are achieved and well-received by the learners, contributing to the successful attainment of national educational goals. In response to the evolving education landscape and system in Indonesia, all elements of society, particularly those directly involved in the education profession, are required to be more creative and professional in developing education. Additionally, educational practitioners are expected to adhere to established procedures in accordance with the needs and challenges of education. Due to the complexity and challenges of the present era, there has been a shift in the orientation of education globally, influencing the educational orientation in Indonesia. Education oriented toward procedural mastery is no longer relevant to the challenges of the current era. The change in educational orientation in Indonesia is marked by a shift in curriculum paradigms, such as the emergence of constructivist curriculum systems like Curriculum 2013 and Merdeka Curriculum. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach to identify, collect, and analyze data regarding the use of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) design model. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and the analysis is carried out using data reduction techniques. The findings indicate the development of self-potential in achieving the goals of Islamic religious education. Therefore, educators in Indonesia need to reconstruct their understanding of learning, teaching, and instructional design to align with the constructivist paradigm, enabling the planning of education that is in line with the educational orientation in Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The need for corn in Indonesia is currently quite large and increasing. With the increasing need for corn, corn cultivation must use good prospects, one of which is the use of fertilizer. This research aims to enable students and the community to know how to produce good corn production by using local varieties with organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer treatment and also to know how to use a combination of organic and inorganic fertilizer on corn plants. This research used a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments with 4 replications with various dosage levels of liquid organic fertilizer with a combination of Urea fertilizer, namely: P1: Urea 6 g + 0 ml POC, P2: Urea 6 g + POC 10 ml /L POC, P3: Urea 6 g + POC 20 ml/L POC, P4: Urea 6 g + POC 30 ml/L POC, P5: Without urea and without POC. The results of the research show that treatment of Urea fertilizer with Liquid Organic Fertilizer from cow dung can increase the growth and good yields of corn plants in the parameters of plant height, leaf length, number of cobs, wet weight of fruit, dry weight of fruit, number of rows/cobs, number of seeds/ cobs by P3=(Urea 6 g + POC 20 ml/L POC) with no significant difference, while the resulting parameters were significantly different from the parameters obtained for the number of cobs on corn plants.

Abstract

Kurikulum pesantren merupakan kurikulum penyiapan manusia sesuai dengan syariat Allah Swt dan aturan-aturannya bagi alam dan kehidupan. Kurikulum khusus pesantren dialokasikan dalam kurikulum lokal, dan kiai dapat memutuskan apakah akan menerapkannya atau tidak. Dengan demikian salah satu upaya mewujudkan hal tersebut mengenai kurikulum yang berpusat kepada masyarakat yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi sehingga proses dan implementasinya dengan melakukan interaksi, kegiatan, dan kerjasama serta membaurkan diri secara langsung dengan masyarakat. Fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah : Bagaimana Perencanaan Kurikulum Pesantren Dengan Asas Sosiologi Dalam Membangun Budaya Religius Santri Di Pondok Pesantren Ahlul Irfan Al-Kholily Bangsalsari Jember? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Menganalisis Perencanaan Kurikulum Pesantren Dengan Asas Sosiologi Dalam Membangun Budaya Religius Santri Di Pondok Pesantren Ahlul Irfan Al-Kholily Bangsalsari Jember Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif, Penentuan subyek dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive sampling, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data menggunakan interactive of analysis Miles dan Huberman, uji keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Perencanaan kurikulum pesantren dengan asas sosiologi yaitu dengan menyusun program tahunan, agenda semesteran, serta kegiatan pembiasaan.
