Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kelelahan kerjan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor KPU Provinsi Gorontalo. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai dengan jumlah 40 orang pegawai. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel seluruh populasi. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara langsung kepada pegawai KPU Provinsi Gorontalo. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil analisi regresi dan hasil uji-t, diperoleh kelelahan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung (-5.051) > ttabel 1,686 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Artinya variabel kelelahan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor KPU Provinsi Gorontalo. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan R SquareSebesar 51,5%, dan sisanya sebesar 48,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Abstract

Providing fair compensation is important for companies to increase employee motivation so that they can increase their work productivity. This study aims to test how much influence compensation has on employee work productivity at PT Nenggapratama Mobilindo Gorontalo. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires to respondents, the data obtained primarily will be analyzed using regression. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Nenggapratama Mobilindo Gorontalo. The positive regression coefficient indicates that if the compensation variable given is greater, employee work productivity will also be greater. It can also be seen that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good with a determination coefficient value of 22.8%. This is because there are still various other factors that affect employee work productivity
