Abstract

Abstract- Fisheries development as part of national economic development has the aim, among others, to improve the standard of living and welfare of the fishing community. The effort to realize the Champion fisherman and Fish Warehouse program to encourage fish production in the West Java provincial government of West Jawa through the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries seeks to develop fishery potential through the SMART FISHING assistance program. So that the aid program is properly, an application is made to determine the fisherman who are entitled to receive assistance. The purpose of this study is producing a SAFIA application using the SIMPLE MULTI ATTRIBUTE RATING TECHNIQUE method based on a web framework that can facilitate the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of West Java to determine the best group of fisherman according to the criteria for receiving assistance. The Result of making this research is how the SAFIA application works with accuracy

Abstract

Data collection on student attendance at the Lestari Gumulunglebak Vocational High School (SMK) is carried out every day during teaching and learning activities to find out students who are unable to attend with information on permission, illness, neglect and other reasons. But in attendance data collection is still done manually in the form of paper documents and printed Microsoft Excel, then the teacher calls the names of students one by one so it is less effective and efficient because the results of attendance data are not accurate according to actual conditions. The system built produces a system that can improve the accuracy of student attendance data at school. This web-based system can facilitate the processing of attendance data at the SMK Lestari Gumulung Lebak school. This system can be a recommendation for the SMK Lestari Gumulung Lebak school

Abstract

Hubungan patron-klien menjadi salah satu tidak terputusnya jeratan kemiskinan nelayan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan pola hubungan patron-klien dengan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini akan melihat agen dan struktur pembentuk kemiskinan melalui hubungan patron klien sesuai dengan teori strukturasi Anthony Giddens. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan agen didalam penelitian adalah bakul/tengkulak, juragan kapal/pemilik perahu dan Anak Buah Kapal (nelayan buruh). Hubungan patronklien adalah sebuah struktur yang terbentuk dari hasil praktik sosial agen. Rasionalisasi dan motivasi tindakan serta faktor dominasi dan legitimasi bakul dan juragan kapal terhadap nelayan buruh membentuk hubungan patronklien yang menyebabkan kemiskinan dan kesenjangan sosial.
