Abstract

The study aims to find out the role of the village government inining stability in the village, why there are still cases of crime and how the government is dealing with crime in the Northern District of Harefa. The purpose of the descriptive approach is to describe the process of conducting research that begins with observation. The research instrument used in this study is the researcher himself using his cell phones as a tool to record all the conversations, the results of images as real evidence, and the notebook that serves to record conversations with data sources or informants. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research and discussions concluded that: First, the role of the government of Harefa village inining the stability of the security of the village is to establish a good relationship of cooperation with the security authorities and the village people, the village government as a facilitator to resolve the crime cases that occurred, the three government of village sanctions for the perpetrators of crimes are either customary sanctions or government sanctions. And the four heads of village as the leader in the village will try their best to create security for the people. And the third effort of the village government in dealing with crime cases is to start from itself to create security, the second to socialize about order and security, and the third village government will provide aid to the people.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the project, and analyze the types of activities of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in the Pancasila education subject at the BNKP Gunungsitoli Christian Private Vocational School. This study uses a descriptive approach, qualitative method. The research instrument is the researcher himself, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study and discussion concluded that: First, the Effectiveness of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in the Pancasila Education subject at the BNKP Gunungsitoli Christian Private Vocational School has been carried out effectively, starting from the design, implementation, to evaluation and reflection stages, with the theme "Voice of Democracy" with the topic "One Voice Determines the Future of the School" and the theme "Recognize My Potential" with the topic "Self-Potential Awareness". Second, the types of activities in the theme "Voice of Democracy" are making infographics about the history and types of democracy; and for the theme "Recognize My Potential", students describe and demonstrate their potential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam memanfaatkan perpustakan Universitas Nias, untuk mengetahui kendala mahasiswa program studi pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan Universitas Nias, untuk mengetahui upaya perpustakaan memotivasi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan Universitas Nias. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah rekaman dengan menggunakan alat rekam HP (merekam semua pembicaraan) hasil gambar sebagai bukti nyata, kemudian buku catatan yang berfungsi untuk mencatat semua percakapan dengan sumber data. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa : Pertama, Motivasi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan Universitas Nias sudah cukup baik. Mahasiswa yang memanfaatkan perpustakaan merupakan mahasiswa yang mampu memperbaiki cara belajarnya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan akademiknya baik itu mencari tugas kuliah dan referensi pembuatan skripsi mereka. Namun tidak sepenuhnya mahasiswa memanfaatkan perpustakaan karena adanya beberapa faktor. Kedua, Kendala yang dihadapi dalam motivasi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan Universitan Nias yaitu kesiapan sumber daya manusia (pegawai) dalam memahami dan mengetahui motivasi mahasiswa PPKn dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan, perolehan referensi dan koleksi buku terbaru, serta fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang minim atau kurang memadai. Ketiga, Upaya yang harus dilakukan dalam memotivasi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan Universitas Nias yaitu dengan cara memperbanyak koleksi buku terbaru, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang nyaman bagi mahasiswa.
