Abstract

pemerintah, BNI merupakan isebuah ilembaga ikeuangan iyang imemiliki ipelayanan serta imemfasilitasi iperihal ikeuangan imasyarakat idalam iskala imikro. iPada iBank BRI iteknologi iinformasi iyang iada isudah imemiliki iSOP i(Standar iOperasional iProsedur), inamun imasih iterdapat imasalah idalam isistem imaupun ihuman ierror. iHal-hal iyang idapat imenyebabkan isebuah irisiko iyang iapabila itelah idibiarkan iterus-menerus iakan iberakibat ifatal ipada iperusahaan idan imenghambat iproses ibisnis. iOleh ikarena iitu imaka isangat idiperlukan iadanya ievaluasi ipengelolaan irisiko iTeknologi iInformasi i(TI). iCOBIT i5 imerupakan isalah isatu iframework itata ikelola iTI iyang iterdiri idari i37 iproses itata ikelola iyang idimuat idalam iempat idomain itatakelola iTI iyaitu iEvaluate, iDirect, iMonitor i(EDM), iAlign, iPlain, iOrganise i(APO), iBuild, iAcquire, iImplement i(BAI) idan iMonitor, iEvaluate, iAssess i(MEI). iFokus ipada ipenelitian iini iadalah ipengelolaan irisiko iTI i(APO12) idalam iframework iCOBIT i5. iTujuan ipenelitian iyaitu iuntuk imengetahui itingkat ikapabilitas iserta istrategi iperbaikan iuntuk iproses ipengelolaan irisiko. iDari ihasil ianalisis ipenghitungan itingkat ikapabilitas iberada ipada ilevel i1 i(Performed iProcess) idengan istatus iLargely iAchieved isebesar i79,10 i% idengan idemikian istatus itersebut itelah imemiliki ibukti idan ijuga ipendekatan isecara isistematis idan ipada ipencapaian iini isecara isignifikan iyang idiperoleh imelalui ipenilaian iterhadap iproses iatribut. iTarget ilevel iyang iingin idicapai iadalah i2 iserta iRekomendasi iagar ilevel i1 iini imencapai ifully iachieved

Abstract

Culture shock or better known as culture shock appears as an aspect of acceptance of a new culture where there are different feelings such as fear, confusion, anxiety, worry for new individuals, and entering a new cultural phase or new scope. Many challenges must be experienced when students become immigrants in different areas with different cultures, besides that as immigrant students must be able to adapt to the surrounding culture slowly so that later it can become a new habit and get used to that culture, not many students Many immigrants can accept a new culture quickly, many of whom are undergoing the process. With the diversity that is owned on the Garut University campus where students do not only come from the Garut area, one of the aims of this paper is to find out and describe what are the obstacles for students outside of Garut experiencing Culture Shock at Garut University in terms of what aspects. The majority of students are from the Garut or Sunda areas. The intended target and used are students from overseas outside the Garut area, especially at the Faculty of Communication and Information Sciences. The theoretical concept in this paper uses the theory of intercultural communication and uses the active interview method on the informants then reviewed again with interactive analysis techniques, it will usually be known what forms of obstacles are the obstacles in oneself to fulfill and ensure the data exists. by interviewing a student from Papua whose culture and daily life are quite different.

Abstract

The use of digital media to spread extremism and radicalism is the driving force behind this research. This research aims to examine how the information literacy model counters radicalism narratives. A counter narrative is a narrative that is deliberately framed with the intention of countering or minimizing the influence of negative narratives that are intolerant and extreme (Wahid Foundation, 2021). This research method uses descriptive qualitative and verification testing to look at the information literacy model in counter narrative efforts carried out by four pesantren. Collective Data  through interviews, FGDs, observations, and literature studies. Informants in this research include pesantren leaders and Santri representatives. The resource persons include the Head of the Garut Ministry of Religion Representative Office, the Head of the Garut National and Political Unity Office (Kesbangpol), the Garut MUI Board, and the Garut NU Fatayat Board. Result of this research showed that pesantren information literacy is effective in countering narratives of radicalism through interpretation to re-frame the meaning of jihad and da'wah that has been used as an argument by radical groups, strengthening national insight, pesantren entrepreneurship, and digital media literacy for santri. In solving the problem of radicalism, it is necessary to look at economic and  religious factors. This is so the government can find the right reformulation to prevent radicalism and extremism. In addition, the role of women as the first school for children must be an important factor
