Abstract

Character education is a fundamental pillar in shaping a generation that is virtuous, responsible, and patriotic. Civic Education (PPKn) learning in elementary schools plays a strategic role in internalizing character values in students from an early age. This study aims to theoretically and empirically analyze how Civic Education contributes to character formation among elementary-level students. Using a literature review method, the author examines various relevant scholarly works, including both theoretical perspectives and previous empirical findings. The results indicate that contextual approaches, value-based learning, and integration with the Pancasila Student Profile are effective strategies in fostering student character. Implementation challenges remain, particularly in terms of teacher competence and the readiness of educational resources. This review recommends strengthening the role of teachers and adopting a more flexible and contextual curriculum to ensure that Civic Education genuinely contributes to the holistic development of students’ character.

Abstract

Companies are legal entities that play an important role in the national economy. Like a human body, a company also needs good organization to achieve the targets and goals of the company. Company failures resulting from poor company management occur in international companies, namely the company Apple Inc, which is the most valuable company in the world which ends in 2022, reminding the importance of leadership in company. The research method used in this research uses the Systematic Literature Review method. There are several types of leadership in companies, including four, namely democratic, autocratic, affiliative and visionary leadership. This study concludes that leadership factors in operational management, finance and public relations have a significant impact on companies. Companies that implement democratic leadership tend to be more able to carry out management in all sectors of the company, while companies that implement leadership based on Islamic studies make the relationship between leaders and subordinates more peaceful compared to other types of leadership.

Abstract

Globalization in higher education demands innovative learning resources that support international collaboration and digital-based instruction. Responding to this need, this study develops Outcome-Based Education (OBE)-based visual media lesson plans to strengthen the internationalization of the Educational Technology Study Program. This study used the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. A research and development approach was employed, involving expert validation and limited field trials with students in an Educational Technology program. The developed materials include OBE-aligned digital modules, instructional videos, worksheets, and project-based assessments integrated into an online learning management system. Validation results indicate a high level of feasibility in terms of content relevance, media quality, and visual design, while student trials suggest that the materials are practical and supportive of independent and collaborative learning. This study contributes a practical model for integrating OBE principles into digitally mediated courses that support international collaboration in higher education. The impact of this study lies in its contribution to improving students' global competencies, encouraging inter-institutional collaboration, and accelerating the internationalization of the Educational Technology Study Program. In addition, this study contributes to improving the quality of education in alignment with SDG 4 on Quality Education and strengthening internationalization efforts through global partnerships consistent with SDG 17 on Partnerships for the Goals.
