Abstract

Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) are used to increasing the number of industrial products such as rubber, paint, coating, and cosmetic and one of the most popular metal oxide nanoparticles in biological applications. The ZnO NPs have become exceptional biochemistry , trade and industry, and less poisonousness. Inbiomedicine the ZnO NPs have been appeared a encouraging possible, specially in the playing field ofanticancer and antiseptic grounds, which are included by their effective capability to initiate additional ofreactive oxygen species (ROS) creation, produce the zinc ions, and the cell apoptosis have been induce.Furthermore, to keep the structural integrity of insulin is well known zinc. Consequently, the ZnO NPshave been efficiently technologically advanced designed for antidiabetic drug . The ZnO NPs appearanceexceptional luminescent material goods in addition have straight them into one of the chief applicants for bioimaging. Now, in the biomedical fields the synthesis of ZnO NPs for facilitating of future research progressand focusing in biomedical fields will be helpful.

Abstract

Enzymes are be defined as soluble, colloidal, organic catalysts which are produced by living cells.Enzymes are biologic catalysts to accelerate the rate of biochemical reactions.in this study Quantification of the Enzyme Activity, Where: E = enzyme concentration; S = substrateconcentration; ES = enzyme-substrate complex concentration; k1, k3= 1st order reaction rate constants(t-1); P = product concentration; k2= 2nd reaction rate constant (M-1.t-1).At first, it must be stressed thatthe formation of ES (enzyme-substrate complex) is an obligatory step to any type of enzyme-catalyzedreaction. The ES, depending on the reaction conditions, can form the product (forward reaction) ornot (reward reaction). The immobilization technique allowed a more frequent use of biomaterials inindustry, therapeutics (confection of subcutaneous capsules for controlled delivering of hormones), andlab analysis (automatic dosing equipments, enzyme electrode, biosensors and enzyme immunoassays). In industry, the use of glucose isomerase for the conversion of glucose into fructose (high fructosecorn syrup), the aminoacylase for the separation of racemic mixture of amino acids, microbial lipase intriglyceride hydrolysis, and the lactase for removing lactose from milk and/or whey are stressed.

Abstract

AIM: To investigated the association of the CYP7A1 gene polymorphism and analyze the sequencing of CYP7A1 gene   with development of gallstone disease in Iraq population. Methods: The polymorphism were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction followed by restriction fragment length polymorphism, in two group match by age and sex: patient with gallstone (n=140) and stone-free control (n=140).Result: Novelty single nucleotide   polymorphism   in upstream of   CYP7A1 gene   was founded for   PCR amplification   708 T >A in patient with gallstone and conformed by sequencing data and allelic frequencies in patient and control for T of CYP7A1 gene  38.2% vs 54.6% were significant (p=0.0001).Conclusion: The result have been demonstrated that association between the polymorphism of 708 T> A for CYP7A1 gene and an effect on cholesterol 7 α hydroxylase serum level with high prevalent of gallstone disease. Keywords: CYP7A1, Gallstone, Polymorphism, Sequencing analyzing.
