Abstract

For manufacturing companies, especially in the food and beverage sector presenting the quality of products is the principle, therefore consumers buying products. Therefore, this research was conducted. The aim is to analyze the effect of product quality on satisfaction and consumer loyalty. To study this research a quantitative approach was used, and the object of research is one food and beverage company, PT. Kobe Boga Utama. The sample technique used is Accidental Sampling amounting 97 respondents. The analytical method used is linear regression consisting of validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that product quality is the reason consumers loyal. In the quality of products there is a value of customer satisfaction, in this case is the taste

Abstract

Building an organization is not easy, it requires sufficient resources, especially humans. Employees are the company's most important assets, hence all organizational activities are carried out. Therefore, prepare it from the beginning (recruitment). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment on employee performance. The research design used is quantitative and linear regression analysis, with a total sample of 50 and using saturated sample techniques. Furthermore, the study was tested with the stages of analysis that included a descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, a validity test, a reliability test, a linear regression test, a correlation coefficient test and a coefficient of determination test. The results of the regression analysis prove, recruitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tata Sentosa with a regression coefficient of 0.703 and tcount of 8.001. This finding proves that performance can be explained by the recruitment variable. The better the recruitment system implemented will improve employee performance

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools in carrying out their functions as educational institutions that are involved in educating the nation, must have the resilience or ability to answer the needs of the times. The Bin Baz Islamic Center Islamic Boarding School as an Islamic educational institution which has increased every year in the acceptance of new students and consistently carries out innovations and new breakthroughs in running the organization and educational process at the Islamic boarding school, the researchers want to explore in depth how the Bin Baz Islamic Center Islamic Boarding School in the face of changing times. This research method is a qualitative research, a type of case study research, namely a case study at the Islamic Center Bin Baz Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School in dealing with changing times. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used describes the data obtained and then classifies it into groups, finally analyzing the data obtained. The results of this study are that in facing the changing times, the Bin Baz Islamic Boarding School has made several changes both internally and externally at the pesantren. In its journey, the Bin Baz Islamic Center Islamic Boarding School made breakthroughs and continued to innovate to exist and maintain the quality of graduates. The Bin Baz Islamic Center Islamic Boarding School has a superior target, namely "ABATA", a distinctive feature and superior target is having the correct creed in active Arabic and being able to understand bare books, having good morals, tahfizh al-Qur'an with good tahsin, achieving academically. The Bin Baz Islamic Center Islamic Boarding School divides the management/management of the pesantren into 3 (three) parts, namely: KBM (Teaching and Learning activities) at school, Tahfidz (Halaqoh Tahfidz), Kesantrian (dormitory, kitchen, cleanliness, tarbiyah, language, UKP, worship, security , sapras, finance, etc.). Management of Changes made in Islamic Boarding Schools is divided into several parts, namely: first: HR (Human Resources) Performs Standardization of existing Human Resources from school teachers, Tahfidz Teachers, Dormitory Management, Educators, Security Guards, Cleaning staff, and all those involved in Management of Islamic Boarding Schools. Abstract

Nampak jelas bahwa rasa kepuasan mampu melahirkan perilaku kerja yang positif, penuh semangat, berorientasi pada hasil yang baik, totalitas dalam bekerja, cekatan dan lain sebagainya. Namun sayangnya paparan tersebut belum terlihat secara merata di Pondok Pesantren Islamic Center Bin Baz (ICBB). Untuk itu, diperlukan penelitian tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja di Islamic Center Bin Baz (ICBB) Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi. Terdapat pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi. Dari hasil hipotesis pertama menunjukkan pengaruh path coefficients sebesar 0,5, sedangkan nilai signifikan pada pengujian sebesar 5,5 lebih besar dari 1,96 yang artinya bahwa Budaya organisasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi. Hipotesis 1 diterima.

Abstract

The number of students who are still confused in choosing college majors, the selection of college majors should be adjusted to the interests and talents that are already known from experience, previous education. This research was conducted based on a case study experienced by 3 (three) female students of the Halaqah Khotm Islamic Center Bin Baz had difficulty choosing a college major. The purpose of this study is to find out in-depth what are the factors causing the difficulties of female students of Halaqoh Khotm in choosing college majors. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method. The approaching model used is a case study, data collection by observation and interviews. The results of the study were found that the factors causing the difficulties of Halaqoh Khotm female students in choosing college majors were they did not know their personality, did not know their talents, lack of knowledge of various professions, and the existence of unresolved obstacles in female students that hindered female students in their future. the front. In carrying out the case study, the researcher conducted 2 sessions, namely; first, a briefing that involved researchers, a teaching cleric at the Halaqoh Khotm Islamic Center Bin Baz, and 2 clerics who were competent in their fields. Second, assistance in making plans. From the results of the mentoring of female students using a coaching approach and the themes are taken are the making of plans related to ideals, the design of the Sanad taking the program, the design of self-development, the design of household skills, the design of the selection of college majors.

Abstract

Abstract: Good management of financing resources is one of the keys to the success of the institution so that all elements of the school can run and develop. Islamic Elementary Schools that are accredited and have good management of funding resources include SD BIAS, SD Muhammadiyah Condong Catur, SD Ungulan Aisyiyah. Seeing this urgency, researchers want to analyze 3 Islamic SDs in Yogyakarta so that they can become references for other institutions. The research method used is qualitative by collecting interview data and documentation. The data analysis used is firstly describing the data obtained in the field, secondly entering into sub-sections, thirdly analyzing the results of the data obtained. From the results of the study it was found that the Analysis of Management of financing facilities at SD Islam Yogyakarta, namely SD BIAS, SD Muhammadiyah Condong Catur, SD Unggulan Aisyiyah Bantul, namely: 1) Internal income, first: School Cooperative Second: Cathering lunch and snacks 2) External income, obtained from Registration Money, Entrance Fee. Development costs, development costs, uniform fees and student books, regional boss funds, national boss funds, infaq student guardians, assistance from students' guardians, funding from foundations. 3) Planning and Management, Management in terms of costs starts with the formation of a structure, namely those responsible for financial management and operational management who have duties and authority in planning, monitoring, evaluating and managing finances in the institution. Making RKT and RKAS which are planned before the start of a new teaching and agreed upon by all teachers and approved by the head of the foundation. The RKT and RKAS include daily, monthly, semi-annual and annual operations as well as development. Reporting and monitoring of finances is carried out in a transparent manner with regular meetings once a month. 4) Evaluation, in implementing the budget needs and requests from schools all must be adjusted from the RKT and RKAS that were planned at the beginning of the year. At the end of each year or at the beginning of the year an internal audit and an external audit are carried out
