Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengeolaan arsip untuk menunjang akuntabilitas sekolah, hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip untuk menunjang akuntabilitas sekolah, dan upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip untuk menunjang akuntabilitas sekolah di SMK Negeri 1 Kudus. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari 11 informan terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek, K3, Kepala Tata Usaha, Petugas Arsip, Guru, dan Pegawai Tata Usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, pelaksanaan lapangan, dan analisis data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bahwa pengelolaan arsip meliputi kegiatan penciptaan, penyimpanan, penggunaan, pemeliharaan, dan penyusutan arsip. Pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip ditemukan tidak adanya kegiatan pencatatan arsip pada setiap penciptaan dan penggunaan arsip, sehingga arsip sulit untuk diidentifikasi, kemungkingan terjadi pendempulan data, dan arsip sulit ditemukan kembali. Hambatan-hambatan yang dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip yaitu instansi terkait belum mempunyai ruangan dan petugas khusus di bidang kearsipan. Upaya yang telah dilakukan dalam mengurangi hambatan tersebut yaitu pendelegasian siswa jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran dan memberikan pelatihan kepada pegawai Tata Usaha terkait menata arsip sekolah. This study aims to see the process of record management to support the school-accountability, to know about the constraints in implementation of record management to support the school-accountability, and the efforts to overcome any contraints in implementation of the record management to support the school-accountability. This research using qualitative study. The data research obtained form informats namely Principal, Vice Principal, K3, Head of Administration, Officers Archives, Teachers, and Administrative Staff. The techniques of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The procedure of this research include pre-field stage, field implementation stage, and data analysis phase. Data analysis using a data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The result of this study is knowing that the management of record includes the creation activities, storage activities, use activities, maintenance activities, and depreciation activities. In the managment of record is not using a registration record on every creation and use of record, so the record was difficult to identify. The constraints in the implementation of the record management have no room and special officers in the record. The efforts in reducing the constraints was the delegation of students majoring in Office Administration and provide training to administrative staff to manage the school-record.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the information about industry needs for office communication competence in the 4.0 industrial revolution era. Competency suitability is one of the things supporting objective achievement of vocational education implementation. The development of office communication competencies also needs to be scrutinized and adjusted so that students can learn both at school and industry. This research is a case study research conducted using a descriptive method with qualitative approach and analyzed using the Miles & Hubberman model which includes stages of data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and data inference. The results of this study indicate that office communication competencies explicitly contained in the 2013 revised edition of the 2017 curriculum are still relevant to be taught in schools and are still needed in the industry. Several competencies need to be updated and added to support students' skills in dealing with the development of work in the industry related to office communications in the 4.0 industrial revolution era to improve the office work effectiveness, such as (1) information management using social media, web, and online application of goods or services sales; (2) mastery of communication using social media, the web, and online application of goods or services sales; and (3) mastery of international languages.

Abstract

The existence of an electronig agenda system (E-Agenda) can facilitate the correspondence activities when employee does manually, it would take a long time, then the system can help to work faster and more efficiently. Each of the subdistricts in Gunungpati requires the recording of correspondence in an orderly, because during this time in the handling of incoming and outgoing letter is still logged manually by using the agenda book, so employees are still habing difficulties if there is unclear writing to be read on the agenda book. The existence of E-Agenda system can be utilized for each village in the exercise of their duties. Implementation of E-Agenda aims to improve the quality of public services effectively and efficiently with paperless and electronic government (e- government) for the development of information technology. Similar statements by presidential instruction Number 3 Year 2003 RI that the purpose of e-government development is to develop the organization governance based electronic in order to improve the quality of public services effectively. Method of the implementation of E-Agenda is using activities include socialization, training, and mentoring to each village for a week. The final of this activities is all of subdistricts in Gunungpati can use E-Agenda for their handling of letter.
