Abstract

The handball game has taken to keep pace with the development and progress in the world, where manychanges have occurred in the methods of learning and training in various aspects, including in particularchanges in the methods of playing teams in terms of applying defensive and offensive plans in order tosurprise the competitor, and the use of feedback in the process of learning and developing basic skills Byvarying the time it is given in order to make the learner have the ability to absorb the skill and the processof choosing the appropriate motor program to solve the motor duty in the best way and according to therequirements of the situation facing him. Conclusions: The use of times (10, 20, 30 seconds) to providefeedback of all kinds has an impact. Positively in learning basic handball skills and for the three groups, the use of multimedia (visual display device “Data show”, video cameras, color papers for the movementsequence of skills, display of the live model) has a great role in developing basic skills of handball throughincreasing motivation In competition between players, a time of (10, 30) seconds in providing feedback ismore influential in learning basic handball skills.

Abstract

Volleyball is a group of games that have spread widely and evolved from a game of recreation and leisure time to a game of competition for the higher levels and require the highest degrees of performance and skill and also require high fitness for the coach or the teacher to strive to achieve a good level of performance must To prepare the learner from all aspects of physical and skill, as well as to pay attention to the development of physical and motor abilities through the use of innovative aids to improve the level of learning to the good performance and level required. The sample of the study consisted of (30) female students who were randomly selected by drawing lots of (38) female students after the exclusion of female students of the game and the students of the experimental experiment were divided into two equal groups by lottery method, the control group and the number of (15) students and the experimental group (15).Before the implementation of the vocabulary of the educational curriculum, the researchers investigated the homogeneity of the research sample in the variables related to the morphological measurements (height, weight, age) as well as the motor abilities and technical performance of the volleyball receiver reception skill. The skewness value is limited to (± 1), which means that the sample is distributed naturally, indicating its homogeneity.Through the results, the most important conclusions were reached:Innovative assistive devices have a positive impact on the improvement of motor abilities (flexibility, balance, agility, accuracy) of the skill of receiving female students' volleyball.Innovative aids have a positive impact on learning the skill of receiving female students' volleyballExercise using innovative aids has had a greater impact than the teacher's approach to improving motor abilities (flexibility, balance, agility, accuracy) and learning the skill of receiving volleyball for female students. The chosen methods are commensurate with the nature of the sample, which helps to learn the skills in question. Keywords: Innovative aids, Kinetic abilities, Learn the skill of receiving the service and volleyball.

Abstract

Volleyball is one of the sports activities that need to apply the modern scientific methods through the development of the sport training science, which aims to improve the player's physical and functional abilities through careful planning of training courses for the development of its efficiency in the performance of all requirements for volleyball, The importance of research in the study of some chemical components of blood and the changes obtained by the training using special exercises because of its importance in developing the skill of beating overwhelming in the players the researchers used the experimental method to suit the nature of the problem on the players of the Kufa youth sports club for the season of 2018 (12) players, and was adopted a cohesive method of selection in the selection of the sample, the tests used in the research biochemical tests: measuring variables (cholesterol, sugar, And the test of the skill of beating the overwhelming country, after which the researchers carried out the tribal test, and then the exercise and then the post-test The researchers concluded that the exercises used, which were specialized exercises of the type of skill and complex exercises and exercises. The researchers recommended to emphasize the importance of speed of performance and stress on exercise. Specialization in the skill type especially in the volleyball game, the interest in training the ability to develop the strength of the chemical variables and the level of skill performance of volleyball players, and benefit from the measurement of the activity of enzymes and the proportion of sugar and cholesterol contribute to the processes energy and muscular construction in the training of volleyball players at all levels, and conducting similar research in the use of explosive force training exercises to develop muscle strength in the non-oxygen system and identify the biochemical variables of volleyball players. Keywords: Special exercises, Biochemical variables, Spike, Volleyball.
