Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Cinta Quran application’s interactive features in supporting the Quran memorization process, focusing on user motivation, engagement, and accessibility. The research is significant in addressing the growing role of digital tools in religious education and their potential to improve spiritual practices. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data were collected through digital observation of the application's features and user reviews on the PlayStore. The analysis was conducted thematically to identify key patterns and insights. The study reveals that features such as flexible quiz modes, audio playback, and color-coded visualization significantly enhance structured and personalized users’ learning experiences. These features increase motivation and engagement of users from diverse demographics. However, technical challenges, including audio issues, application crashes, and slow loading times, were identified as barriers to accessibility and reliability. The findings contribute to the religious education field by demonstrating how interactive digital tools can effectively support the Quran memorization and broader spiritual practices. They also offer practical insights for developers to improve inclusivity and accessibility in religious applications. This article provides a novel perspective on integrating interactive features and addressing technical challenges in digital tools for religious education. Its focus on the Cinta Quran app offers unique insights into how personalized and adaptive technology can enhance user experience and support spiritual practices in the digital era.

Abstract

This study revisits the classical Islamic legal concept of mafq?d by situating it within the realities of a modern society increasingly dependent on digital systems. In traditional fiqh, mafq?d refers to a person who is physically missing and whose whereabouts cannot be verified, a condition that carries significant legal implications regarding marriage, inheritance, and personal civil status. However, technological developments in the contemporary era have introduced new forms of “loss” previously unknown in classical literature—such as the disappearance of personal data, the erasure of digital identity traces, system failures that result in loss of access, and the sudden vanishing of a person’s online accounts or profiles without clear cause. These emerging phenomena call for a re-examination of the foundational principles of mafq?d to make them more relevant and adaptable to digital contexts. This research employs a library study approach, utilizing primary Islamic legal sources including works of the classical jurists, texts of u??l al-fiqh, and comparative fiqh literature. These are analyzed alongside contemporary studies on technology law, data protection, and the notion of digital identity. The analysis shows that although classical fiqh does not explicitly address digital forms of loss, several underlying principles hold strong potential for contextual reinterpretation. Doctrines such as precaution (i?tiy??), the elimination of harm, the protection of individual rights, and legal determinations based on public interest (ma?la?ah) provide a methodological basis for extending the concept of mafq?d into digital realms. Through this approach, digital loss is not treated as a direct analogue of physical disappearance, but as a phenomenon that likewise generates uncertainty, impedes the fulfillment of rights, or disrupts the legal status of a person or digital asset.

Abstract

The high volume of milk imports in Indonesia, reaching 28,280.61 tons per month, necessitates a systematic transformation of the domestic production sector. This study aims to analyze the implementation of pasture-based management at AJ Investment Dairy Farm, New Zealand, to be formulated as a strategic blueprint for optimizing milk quality in Indonesia. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach with an observational design, the research evaluated the holistic integration of nutrition, milking hygiene, and animal health maintenance. The results indicated that a planned paddock rotation system with 93% feed self-sufficiency produced a total of 219,827 kgMS, averaging 379 kgMS per cow and 1,010 kgMS per hectare. Consistency in milk solids (fat and protein) was supported by stable Body Condition Scores within the ideal 4-6 range and a low health disorder incidence of ±2%. Disciplined hygiene, focusing on machine sanitation and multi-stage filtration, effectively maintained microbiological quality within safe limits despite the absence of teat dipping. In conclusion, the synergy of pasture management, hygiene, and animal health is the key to sustainable production efficiency. This model is recommended as a strategic blueprint for Indonesian dairy farming through four main pillars: land valuation, tropical nutrition optimization, managed grazing, and integrated technical indicator evaluation to strengthen national milk self-sufficiency.Keywords: animal health, dairy cattle, milking hygiene, milk solids, pasture management.
