Abstract

Community Service Program is a community service activity in certain areas which is carried out in groups. KKN 78 UAJY is oriented towards the type of KKN SOCIETY 5.0 which is carried out without any direct KKN activities in the specified area. The KKN Society 5.0 aims for students to be able to carry out KKN activities online. Group 2 got a location in Jepitu Village which is in Girisubo District, GunungKidul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The work program that will be carried out by the group is the potential of the village and making digital textbooks. To collect existing data, the group collects data through the website. This potential work program for Jepitu Village is by processing the resources owned in this village such as the coastal area which is managed for tourism, then a guidebook is made to make processed from garden products such as peanuts into “peyek”. Another work program created by the group is making textbooks for elementary school children. The hope is that the work program created by the group can be useful for the community for the progress of the village.

Abstract

Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) is a form of devotion, awareness, and responsibility to society. This program aims to contribute in implementations from Tri Dharma of University and  learning tools to increase the empathy and ability of the students to understand the reality and all the problems who grow and thrive in society. This report made by society 5.0 concept which uses modern technology such as internet, conference video, and any other mobile tools, for both in the implementation of the programs and the data collecting process. This report uses 2 types of data, those are primary data and secondary data. The result of this program are in form of 1 report, 2 e-books and 2 videos in regard to tourism potency and the cultivation of brown rice in Desa Balong. This program could be used for improving public’s knowledge especially for the citizen in Desa Balong in order to develop and utilize the potency and all the natural resources there refers to the scientific paper that generated by this program.

Abstract

There are weaknesses in the Financial Services Authority issued POJK No. 61/POJK/2020 concerning Alternative Dispute Resolution in the financial services sector. It hampered the objectives of the regulation. A concept proposal is needed to overcome the existing weaknesses. This research uses normative juridical analysis.  This research dose on the laws and regulations that apply in Indonesia relating to the settlement of disputes in the financial services sector. This study finds a proposed concept to overcome the weaknesses of Alternative Dispute Resolution in the financial services sector. The proposed idea empowers legal culture, legal substance, and legal culture as legal system theory. This research is limited to study based on secondary data, so there is no primary data.
