Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of products, prices, promotions, and locations on used motorcycle sales at Syaf Motor dealerships in Bukittinggi City. This research is a quantitative study using SPSS version 16.00. Sampling in this study using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling method, which is each individual has the same opportunity to be the subject of research. The number of samples to be taken in this study can be calculated using the Slovin formula, the sample to be used in this study is 60 people. Data collection using questionnaire methods and consumer techniques. Data collection using questionnaire methods and data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis show that products, prices, promotions, and locations have a positive and significant influence on sales, both partially and simultaneously. The most dominant variable affecting sales is the product. From this study, it was concluded that the four variables used provided 54.8% of the influence on sales, the remaining amounted to 45, 20% influenced by other factors not used in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether promotions and locations influence the purchasing decisions at Tabik Café and analyze the most dominant factors in influencing the purchasing decisions of Tabik Café in Bukittinggi. Samples taken were 100 respondents. Sampling in this study uses probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method, which is that each individual has the same opportunity to be used as a research subject. From the results of Binary Logistic Regression analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence between promotion and location on Purchase Decisions. The results of testing the regression model with the dependent variable purchasing decision obtained by the equation Y = -13.770 + 0.259 X1 + 0.556 X2. From the results of the analysis obtained the significance level of each Promotion variable (X1) is 0.039, location (X2) is 0.001. The results of the analysis show that each variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Tabik Café in Bukittinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, and customer satisfaction, on consumer buying interest in Black Id distributions in the city of Bukittinggi. The object of this research is customers who buy branded men's clothing products at Black Id Distro. The sample was selected using the Lemesshow formula with 98 customers as a sample. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using binary logistics analysts after passing the validity test, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis by using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program 16.00. Based on the results of the study, the indicators in this study are all valid statement indicators. Data testing with Binary Logistics Collaboration analysts found that the store atmosphere variable (X1), product quality (X2), had a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest in the Bukittinggi city Black Id distro, both partially and simultaneously viewed from the test results Wald and the G test have significant values ??smaller than 0.05. The most dominant variable in this study is customer satisfaction seen from the results of the B expectations test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the chosen marketing strategy in increasing shoe sales at Yap Yek Home Industry in Bukittinggi. Technical analysis of data using the SWOT method, namely analysis of the factors of strength (strength), as well as knowing weaknesses. Meanwhile, analysis of external factors must be able to determine the opportunity (opportunity), and also know the threat (treat) by filling out a questionnaire. After that, these factors are analyzed using the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, SWOT matrix, and weight-score table analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the marketing strategy used by Yap Yek's home industry with the highest total weight score on the Strenghts-Opportunities (S-O) strategy is 3.87. By optimizing the strength to take advantage of existing opportunities. Namely maintaining and improving product quality to attract new customers and retain existing customers, making constant innovations in products, especially in design and color to attract more consumers to use shoe products, maximizing marketing of owned leather shoe products, especially during the holiday season, following every major events and events such as the exhibition of industrial products by providing a bigger discount. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, location and promotion on fast food purchasing decisions at KFC Bukittingi Branch. The population of this study were 194 students of STIE HAS Bukittinggi in 2016 and obtained a sample of 66 respondents. This data processing used SPSS 16.0 assistance. The data analysis method used in this research is the Instrument Test, namely the Validity Test and the Reliability Test, and the Variable Descriptive Analysis. The analytical tool used is the classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, normality test and heteroscedasticity test. Multiple Linear Analysis, and Hypothesis Test, namely T test, F test and coefficient D. The results of data analysis show that: (X1) Product, (X2) Price, (X3) Location, (X4) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on fast food purchasing decisions at KFC Bukittinggi Branch both partially and simultaneously. , In the test the coefficient of determination of the independent variable has a strong contribution to the influence of the Bukittinggi Branch. Then the rest is influenced by other variables on the decision to buy fast food at KFC which is not included in this study.
