Abstract

ABSTRAKAmerika Serikat merupakan negara yang mengklaim negaranya sendiri sebagai negara adikuasa. Kebijakan luar negeri Amerika Serikat ikut berpengaruh terhadap rezim internasional. Dalam kerjasama dengan negara lain, Amerika Serikat juga ikut menentukan arah perubahan dunia. Salah satunya adalah kebijakan luar negeri yang berpengaruh terhadap kawasan ASEAN yang sebagian besar negara anggotanya potensial sebagai pasar internasional. Negara Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, maupun Filipina merupakan contoh negara anggota ASEAN yang ikut terpengaruh oleh kebijakan luar negeri Amerika Serikat. Pada rezim Donald Trump, kebijakan luar negeri Amerika Serikat sangat sulit diramalkan. Hal ini merupakan tantangan tersendiri bagi negara anggota ASEAN yang masih mengandalkan investasi asing dan kerjasama dengan negara maju seperti Amerika Serikat. Aliansi negara Amerika Serikat di bawah rezim Donald Trump dan arah kebijakan luar negeri dalam bidang keamanan maupun ekonomi sekarang sangat sulit ditebak, yang juga berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan ASEAN. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa arah kebijakan luar negeri Donald Trump dan mengkaitkannya dengan kerjasama Amerika Serikat-ASEAN.Kata kunci: Amerika Serikat; kebijakan luar negeri; Donald Trump; rezim; kerjasamaAbstractUnited States is state which gives impact on cooperation with ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asia Nations). It’s foreign policy influence international rezime. The direction of United States foreign policy which is determined by chosen President also influence ASEAN region in which most of the member states are potential for international market. Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, or The Philipines are examples which are influenced by Unites States’s foreign policy. In the Donald Trump rezime, it is hard to predict United States’s foreign policy. It becomes a challenge for ASEAN member countries which still reckon on investment and cooperation with developed states like United States. Alliance with the United States under rezime of Donald Trump and its foreign policy in the security and economy is hard to be predict, which then influence ASEAN advancement as a regional organization. This research is aim to analyze United States’s foreign policy under rezime of Donald Trump and correlate it with cooperation between Unites States-ASEAN. Keywords: United States; Foreign Policy; Donald Trump; Regime; Cooperation.

Abstract

With its potential wealth in the sea and its position in the international business sea-line, Indonesia should display the maritime strength. Jokowi’s vision to make Indonesia one of the maritime axis in the world has been embodied clearly by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. Yet, the challenge and opportunities to become international maritime axis should be handled appropriately. Located in international business transit between Pacific and Indian Ocean, Indonesia is prone to criminals of drugs smuggling from/to Indonesia as well as the asylum seekers. This research attempts to analyze the Indonesia’s challenges and opportunities in Jokowi’s era with his vision to become the international maritime axis.

Abstract

The problems experienced by partner schools are obtained through observation and interviews, among them partner teachers having difficulty in finding valid and reliable learning reference sources to use in learning materials during the online learning process. Partner teachers also often obtain links that contain untrustworthy information and are feared to be in the category of Hoax information. Based on these problems, the PKM Team conducted community partnership program activities with the aim of providing training and assistance in the implementation of Hoax information-learning system as an effort to implement anti-Hoax education for teachers during the online-based distance learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of participants in this PKM activity is as many as 28 teachers. The external target of this PKM activity is (1) there is an increase and understanding of the teachers regarding the information of the hoax that are related to social media and other online news media; (2) There is an increase in teacher's skill in using the Hoax information scorer system application that has been planned by team PKM; (3) Improvement of teachers ' skills in the process of going through the Hoax information using the application and checking the information obtained through online search; and (4) Increased teacher motivation and spirit in implementing anti-hoax education in distance learning process during pandemic COVID-19 period
