Abstract

Green economy is a new concept that aims to improve economic aspects through development activities that do not neglect environmental sustainability. Batang Toru sub-district has various tourist objects, most of which are tourist objects that are only concerned with strategic locations. However, currently Batang Toru District is developing a tourist village that highlights agriculture and the natural beauty of the countryside. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the application of the green economy concept in the development of Parsariran Nature Tourism as an effort to realize environmentally sound development as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of Parsariran Nature Tourism. This research is a qualitative descriptive research method. The Batang Toru sub-district government must immediately deal with land degradation and waste problems, such as helping to procure organic fertilizer for farmers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the implementation of recruitment outsourcing has on employee performance loyalty at Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results obtained in this research are (1) there is a significant relationship between the implementation of recruitment outsourcing and employee performance loyalty at Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan; (2) means that the level of relationship between the recruitment outsourcing implementation variable and the employee performance loyalty variable is strong; (3) there is a significant relationship between the variable implementing recruitment outsourcing and the employee performance loyalty variable at Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan; and (4) the application of recruitment outsourcing to employee performance loyalty at Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan based on calculations using the determination test formula obtained a value of 52.42% while the remaining 47.58% was influenced by other factors which were not examined by the research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan pada tanggal 17 September sampai dengan selesai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengeahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Premukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan. Dalam mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, study kepustakaan serta angket (kuesioner) yaitu memberikan pertanyaan kepada 36 pegawai Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan yang merupakan responden didalam penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dihitung atau dianalisa dengan beberapa metode yaitu metode korelasi product moment, uji persial (uji t) serta uji determinasi. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan hasil bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai yang diperoleh yaitu 0,722 dibandingkan dengan nilai r tabel product moment. Nilai korelasi pada tabel korelasi untuk jumlah responden (N) 36 dengan taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0,270. Berdasrkan nilai yang telah diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan korelasi product moment serta membandingkannya dengan nilai yang ada pada tabel product moment maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y. Atau kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

Parsariran nature tourism is located in Batang Toru District, South Tapanuli Regency, which is one of the famous tourist destinations. This project aims to discuss the sustainability of the community empowerment process carried out with the development of tourist villages including forms of community empowerment and the results of community empowerment carried out. The approach to this aproject uses qualitative methods to discuss community characteristics and tourism potential. Data collection in this project was obtained through interviews and observation. The results of observations stated that there were many factors that made Parsariran Tourism in the Batang Toru sub-district a tourist destination with a high number of enthusiasts, including cool air, lots of hot springs, high community productivity and a fairly high rainfall factor which made the potential for hydropower development. Forms of community empowerment involve the role of the community from planning to implementing activities. The programs that have been carried out are in the form of socialization and training which includes socialization on tourism marketing strategies, socialization on tourism safety, socialization on tourism management systems and training on recycle or recycling of waste. Empowerment of the community through the development of tourist villages has implications for improving the quality of tourism and managing nature tourism in a more sustainable tourism area.

Abstract

Digital transformation has significantly reshaped the global business landscape, including for micro-enterprises that are now required to be more adaptive and strategic in their operations. This study aims to analyze the role of strategic management in enhancing the competitiveness of micro-enterprises in the digital era. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, using a case study approach involving ten micro-entrepreneurs in the cities of Medan and Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation, analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings reveal that the adoption of digital strategies—such as the use of social media, e-commerce platforms, and financial management applications—has significantly improved operational efficiency and market reach. However, challenges remain, including low digital literacy, lack of formal strategic planning, and limited access to managerial training. The study recommends strengthening digital business strategy capacities through cross-sectoral collaboration to build a competitive and sustainable micro-enterprise ecosystem in the era of digital transformation.
