Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the importance and performance of the Maxim Application service quality in Manado and to determine the importance and performance of the maxim application price in Manado. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The researcher tries to describe and explain how important and the performance of the Maxim application is. A quantitative approach is applied through a questionnaire. To determine the number of samples, the researcher uses a sampling technique for an unlimited number of people. The sample consists of 100 respondents. Data was collected online and questionnaires. Respondents were classified by gender, age, and occupation as part of the questions in the questionnaire. The results of the study show how important these attributes are and how the performance of the attributes is the same for both service quality and price provided by the company. Conclusions are drawn using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) tool to relate the importance and value of performance. Researchers give advice to companies in order to improve service quality and even provide a reasonable price based on the results. Keywords: the importance, performance analysis, service quality, price

Abstract

Change is inevitable. Every individual will go through changes every now and then. Organizations also undergo changes that happen to them. One of the industry in Indonesia that surely affected by changes and the developments that happening is the banking industry. With all the changes and developments that are happening simultaneously, it forces each organization to find solutions specifically for them, can be applied to the whole organization, and is in line with the organization’s goals and beliefs/value. This research aims to analyze Change Management, Employees’ Resistance, Organizational Communication, and Organizational Commitment toward Change Implementation at PT. Bank SULUTGO. This research uses Quantitative method and the data was collected through questionnaires. Multiple Linear Regression was used as the tool of analysis. The sample in this research are 58 employees of PT. Bank SULUTGO. The results of this research revealed that there is no any significant effect of Change Management toward the Change Implementation, there is no any significant effect of Employees’ Resistance toward Change Implementation, there is any significant effect of Organizational Communication toward Change Implementation, and there is any significant effect of Organizational Commitment toward Change Implementation. It is recommended for the organization to improve the systematic approach, tools, and resources to deal with changes.. Keywords: change management, employees’ resistance, organizational communication, organizational commitment, change implementation

Abstract

Turnover Intention of employees in organization is a one of the biggest issues that can happen in a company especially in bank and financial industry. The desire to leave from employees can affect to their performance to the company, and more impact that can happen when employees decided to leave the job; for example loss fund and time. There are many factors that make employees think about leaving the company. This study take three factors such as, Individual Factors as internal factor within employees, Organizational Culture as factor that can handled by the company and Job Opportunities as external factor that come from outside company. This research objective is to reveal the effect of Individual Factors, Organizational Culture and Job Opportunities on Turnover Intention. This research was classified as quantitative research that use questionnaire and distributed to 51 respondents by the link at Bank SulutGO Amurang. This research used Sensus (saturated) techniques sampling. By using Multiple Linear Regression method, this study found that Individual Factors has no significant effect on Turnover Intention partially, Organizational Culture has a negative significant effect on Turnover Intention partially, and Job Opportunities has a positive significant effect on Turnover Intention partially, but simultaneously have an effect on Turnover Intention. It can be seen where the sig. level of Individual Factors is 0.121 greater than 0.05 as the significance level of testing hypothesis. Keyword: individual factors, organizational culture, job opportunities, turnover intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Live Streaming dan Consumer Reviews terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Dimediasi oleh Keputusan Pembelian pada Pakaian Thrift Wanita Toko Cia Clothings di Facebook Group Rumah Live Online Manado (RLOM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode structural equation modeling (SEM). Data ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 509.000 populasi. Hasil sebaran kuesioner terhadap 100 responden kemudian dianalisis dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa Live Streaming berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi path coefficient sebesar 0,535 dan p-value sebesar 0.000. Sebaliknya, Live Streaming tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan p-value sebesar 0,087. Consumer Reviews berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai path coefficient 0,315 dan p-value 0,001 sedangkan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Consumer Reviews tidak memiliki pengaruh karena nilai p-value sebesar 0,306. Keputusan Pembelian memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, nilai p-value sebesar 0,015 path coefficient 0,276. Terdapat pengaruh mediasi yang signifikan antara Live Streaming terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian. Hal tersebut karena nilai p-value sebesar 0,020 dan path coefficient sebesar 0,148. Di sis lain, tidak ditemukan pengaruh mediasi antara Consumer Reviews dan Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,403. Kata Kunci : Live Streaming, Consumer Reviews, Keputusan Pembelian dan Kepuasan Pelanggan.
