Abstract

This research has three main objectives: (1) identifying the impact of Electronic Word Of Mouth (eWOM) on purchasing decisions at the Samcir Nganjuk Cafe, (2) assessing the impact of Brand Awareness on decisions when purchasing at the same cafe, and (3) evaluating the effect a combination of e WOM and Brand Awareness when making purchasing decisions at the Samcir Nganjuk Cafe. Researchers used quantitative research and data collection techniques including probability sampling and simple random sampling, involving 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using SPSS 27, by carrying out validity tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression tests. This research explains that Electronic Word of Mouth (X1) have a positive and significant impact when making Purchase Decisions (Y), in the form of a calculated t test value that exceeds the t table (4.450 > 1.985) and a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.01 < 0.05). Likewise, Brand Awareness (X2) has a positive and significant influence when making Purchase Decisions (Y), the t test calculated values exceed the t table (5.113 > 1.985) and the significance value is below 0.05 (0.01 < 0.05 ). Overall, Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Awareness have an impact when purchasing decisions simultaneously, the calculated F test value exceeds F table (35.287 > 3.09) and the F significance value is below 0.05 (0.01 < 0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, family environment and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. This type of research is quantitative. Methods of data collection using the distribution of questionnaires. This research carried out at Islamic University of Malang while objects of this research are students of the Islamic University of Malang. The populations were undergraduate students at the Islamic University of Malang with a total population of 13.898 students, and the number of samples was determined by Slovin formula which obtain 100 respondents then processed using the SPSS V.28 application for windows. Based on the results of the partial test, it shows that the self-efficacy variable has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions, the Family Environment variable has a positive and significant impact on Entrepreneurial Intentions and Entrepreneurship Education has a positive and significant impact on Entrepreneurial Intentions. Based on the Simultaneous test, the variables of Self-Efficacy, Family Environment and Entrepreneurship Education have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions.

Abstract

Currently, many people are pursuing small home industries to improve their welfare and support the resilience of the national economy. One of the home industries that manages wood to make rattan chair crafts is owned by Mr. M. Shodiq in the Kedungkandang sub-district, Kedungkandang sub-district, Malang City. However, several obstacles are still faced by these small industries, including obstacles in increasing the quality and quantity of rattan chair handicraft production due to several factors such as: lack of knowledge about how to process good and varied rattan chair crafts from both the shape and motif aspects, the use of tools which has not been touched by science and technology. The method of community service is socialization about innovation in the development of rattan chair product quality, namely by providing training materials on the use of innovative tools to develop and improve the rattan chair craft industry. The results of this community service include 1) partners have received education and skills in diversifying rattan chair craft products, 2) partners have received appropriate technology-based tools in the form of rattan cutting machines to increase product sales.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of price, service quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions using quantitative research methods. Documents and questionnaires serve as data collection tools. The research population consists of seventy FIA UNISMA students from the class of 2020 who have used the GrabBike online transportation service at least once or twice. A census approach, combining non-probabilistic and intrusive selection strategies, was employed to select a sample of seventy respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 23, involving validity and reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and classical hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that: (1) Price positively influences purchasing decisions (t-value 2.928 > t-table 1.668, p ≤ 0.05). (2) Service quality significantly impacts variable Y, with a t-value of 4.078 > t-table 1.668, p ≤ 0.05. (3) Promotion also has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (estimated t-value 1.994 > t-table 1.668, p ≤ 0.05). Price, service quality, and promotion collectively influence purchasing decisions, supported by F-value (34.694 > F-table 2.74)

Abstract

Masalah pengelolaan keuangan menjadi suatu hambatan utama yang harus diatasi oleh pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Pendekatan manajerial berbasis POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling) menawarkan Solusi sistematis untuk membantu meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan keuangan dan daya saing mereka. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktek langsung yang dilakukan oleh UMKM dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besarnya pengeluaran dan pemasukan dari usaha tersebut, mengetahui besarnya piutang dan hutang, mengetahui penggunaan asset yang dimiliki terhadap laba usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendampingan berbasis pendekatan manajerial POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling) kepada 30 UMKM rumput laut yang dipilih secara purposive sampling di Kabupaten Seruyan. Kegiatan berlangsung selama enam bulan melalui lima tahapan, yaitu: persiapan, pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, implementasi mandiri, dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pretest-posttest, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan pemahaman dan praktik pengelolaan keuangan UMKM setelah pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan berbasis pendekatan POAC efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM seaweed dalam mengelola keuangan. Terjadi peningkatan signifikan dari hasil pre-test ke post-test, serta tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengelolaan, dan pengendalian keuangan mencapai lebih dari 75%. Pendampingan berbasis pendekatan POAC terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen keuangan UMKM seaweed. Melalui pelatihan dan bimbingan terstruktur, pelaku UMKM mampu memahami dan menerapkan pencatatan keuangan, perencanaan usaha, serta pengendalian arus kas dengan lebih baik dan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan ini membantu UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana, mengatur arus kas, dan merencanakan keuangan secara lebih sistematis dan berkelanjutan.
