Abstract

This Community Service activity was carried out at an SME which is engaged in the production of Balinese endek woven cloth, namely Tenun Tinizhop. Since its founding in 2018, Tenun Tinizhop has played a role in efforts to preserve local Balinese cultural wisdom through authentic Balinese woven fabrics produced using looms, not machines. The aim of this community service activity is to increase the promotion of woven fabrics by encouraging innovation through information technology, namely a multi-channel strategy. Implementing a multi-channel strategy can increase marketing promotions and sales of endek weaving products so that the endek weaving business will experience an increase and sustainable business goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out in Paksebali Village, Klungkung Regency, Bali Province, were held with the aim of helping SMEs overcome obstacles, especially regarding financial literacy. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and insight of Paksebali village residents regarding financial literacy, guide them in preparing good financial reports, and utilize banking credit facilities to create sustainable SMEs. The problem that occurs in Paksebali Village is that many village residents who are involved in SMEs do not understand how to prepare good financial reports. They have also been unable to utilize credit facilities from banks wisely, as evidenced by the fact that there are still many bad loans or a lack of understanding about the mechanism for applying for bank credit. The first achievement of this activity was contributing in the form of knowledge transfer regarding financial literacy for Paksebali village residents, especially SMEs. Second, provide clear and clear guidance on how to prepare simple financial reports for SMEs and apply for credit as capital to build and develop their businesses. Third, the practice of preparing SME financial reports succeeded in increasing the insight of the Paksebali village SME actors, becoming more motivated by being directly involved in the practice of preparing financial reports.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah rumah tangga di Kelurahan Dangin Puri, Kota Denpasar, menjadi isu krusial yang memerlukan penanganan komprehensif guna mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran di kalangan masyarakat Dangin Puri melalui praktik pengelolaan sampah berbasis 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi partisipatif melalui sosialisasi interaktif dan pelatihan praktik pemilahan sampah, pembuatan kompos sederhana, dan daur ulang kreatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat mengenai konsep 3R serta perubahan sikap yang positif terhadap pengelolaan sampah mandiri. Peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam sesi praktik, menandakan kesiapan untuk mengadopsi kebiasaan baru. Meskipun demikian, tantangan keberlanjutan praktik dan ketersediaan fasilitas pendukung masih memerlukan perhatian. Program ini menghasilkan edukasi terstruktur dan aplikatif yang efektif dalam mendorong partisipasi masyarakat. Disarankan agar diadakan pendampingan berkelanjutan, penguatan fasilitas pendukung, dan pembentukan kelompok swadaya masyarakat guna memastikan implementasi 3R secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan di Dangin Puri.

Abstract

Salah satu produk kerajinan di kabupaten Klungkung provinsi Bali adalah kain tenun ikat endek. Tenun Tinizhop di Bali saat ini menghadapi kendala dalam produktivitas pekerja yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini menguji tentang pentingnya manajemen waktu terhadap kinerja Tenun Tinizhop di provinsi Bali dan peran motivasi dalam memediasi hubungan tersebut. Seluruh pekerja yang berjumlah 30 orang dipilih sebagai responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey dan penyebaran kuesioner. Data penelitian selanjutnya diolah dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) dengan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi manajemen waktu, komunikasi, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Motivasi memediasi parsial pengaruh manajemen waktu dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja Tenun Tinizhop Bali.

Abstract

Sampah plastik merupakan salah satu masalah serius bagi lingkungan. Minimnya edukasi terhadap pengelolaan limbah plastik di lingkungan sekolah menjadi salah satu faktor yang perlu diadakan pelatihan. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan dengan pelatihan pembuatan kolase dari limbah plastik untuk menjadikannya barang yang memiliki nilai guna dan meningkatkan kreativitas pada peserta didik. Tujuan pelatihan ini ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan sampah plastik yang ramah lingkungan melalui pendekatan kreatif, yaitu pembuatan kolase dari sampah plastik. Adapun beberapa metode yang perlu dilaksanakan, antara lain penyuluhan pengenalan sampah organik dan non organik, penjabaran cara pembuatan kolase, dan pelaksanaan program kerja. Pelatihan pembuatan kolase dari sampah plastik di SDN 19 Dangin Puri merupakan solusi kreatif yang efektif untuk mengatasi masalah sampah plastik, sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan siswa.

Abstract

: Program Economy Social Activity (ESA) di Desa Bresela, Kecamatan Payangan, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali merupakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai wujud implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat terkait pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga melalui sistem TPS 3R Maggot Bioconversion, meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), serta mengembangkan kreativitas budaya lokal melalui praktik menghias Bokor Bali. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan survei awal, perencanaan, koordinasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, hingga evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah rumah tangga menjadi produk bernilai seperti pupuk organik dan pakan ternak, meningkatnya kesadaran terhadap pentingnya pembangunan berkelanjutan, serta bertambahnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam menghias Bokor Bali yang berpotensi menjadi peluang ekonomi kreatif. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 45 peserta dengan tingkat partisipasi aktif mencapai 92%, dan terjadi peningkatan pemahamahan dari para peserta sebesar 35% setelah kegiatan pelatihan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa keterlibatan civitas akademika dalam pengabdian masyarakat mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi peningkatan kapasitas dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are the ultimate goal of establishing a business to be able to dominate the market and gain profits from the business. Purchasing decisions themselves are influenced by several factors, including store atmosphere, quality service and buying interest. The purpose of this research is to determine the determining factors for purchasing decisions based on consumer perceptions at Tenun Endek Tinizhop. This research was conducted at Tenun Endek Tinizhop which is located on Jalan Kembang Matahari I Denpasar Bali, by distributing 200 questionnaires to Tenun Endek Tinizhop consumers. This research is quantitative research with data collection using the questionnaire method. Research findings show that purchasing interest and purchasing decisions are significantly positively influenced by store atmosphere. Furthermore, purchasing decisions and purchasing interest are influenced by service quality in a significantly positive way. The results of the mediation test show that the relationship between store atmosphere and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Tenun Endek Tinizhop is significantly mediated by purchase interest. This research is quantitative research with data collection using the questionnaire method. The results of this research show that store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on purchasing interest and purchasing decisions. Furthermore, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and purchasing interest. The results of the mediation effects research show that purchase interest has a significant influence or strengthens the relationship between store atmosphere and quality service on consumer purchasing decisions at Tenun Endek Tinizhop

Abstract

Abstract Community service is a routine activity carried out by the Student Association (HIMA) of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, National Education University. The main activity of Real Action for Social Activity (REAFOTY) #8 with the theme "Developing Digital Business as a Tool to Improve the Quality of SMEs" is Social Work with the first agenda, socialization of the importance of digital assets in online marketing; and second, mentoring for MSMEs in exploring online marketing guided by the entire committee. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge and broaden the insight of Gunaksa village residents about implementing online product/service marketing to realize sustainable MSMEs. Community service in Gunaksa Village has resulted in achievements, namely providing contributions in the form of knowledge transfer (knowledge sharing) regarding online marketing to Gunaksa village residents, especially MSME actors, also providing clear and explicit guidance on the steps to market products/services online to realize sustainable MSMEs.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the influence of digital innovation and green entrepreneurship on MSMEs performance. Methodology: The study took place in the eastern part of Bali with respondents from ikat endek weaving MSMEs. Quantitative methods with a survey approach were used in data collection. SEM-PLS analysis was used to test the relationship between research variables. Results: Digital innovation and green entrepreneurial orientation had a significant effect on performance. On the other hand, entrepreneurial orientation was positively correlated with creativity, but not so with digital innovation. Findings: Ikat endek weaving MSMEs cannot only focus on digital technology, but must also strengthen managerial aspects and marketing strategies so that creativity can drive optimal performance. Green entrepreneurial values need to be continuously improved as a long-term strategy to strengthen competitiveness and achieve business sustainability. Novelty: The integrated model of digital innovation and green entrepreneurship targeting MSME performance is a novelty of this research. Originality: This study contributes to the growing literature on the relationship between digital innovation, green entrepreneurship, creativity, and performance in the context of local culture-based MSMEs. Conclusion: This study shows that digital innovation has no significant effect on creativity, but does significantly impact employee performance in Balinese endek ikat weaving MSMEs. Abstract

Purpose: This study will focus on the consumer behavior of generation Z in purchasing makeup products, namely by exploring makeup brand preferences among generation Z. For the wider community, this study can increase understanding of how purchasing decisions are influenced by social and digital factors, as well as the importance of digital literacy in dealing with the rapid flow of information. Methodology: This study aims to examine the influence of influencers on interest and purchasing decisions for Maybelline makeup products on Generation Z in Denpasar City, using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. Generation Z was chosen because it is a digital-native generation with a high dependence on social media and the dominant population in Indonesia. The research sample consisted of 130 respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. Results: The results of the study show that influencers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, which means that choosing the right influencer can increase consumer interest. Purchase intention also has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, indicating that the higher the consumer interest, the more likely they are to buy the product. In addition, influencers also have a positive and significant direct effect on purchase decisions, confirming their important role in shaping consumer behavior. Findings: This study found that purchase intention mediates the relationship between influencers and purchase decisions. This means that purchase intention plays an important role in strengthening the influence of influencers on consumer decisions. Novelty: the results of this study strengthen the literature on the relationship between influencers, purchase intention, and purchase decisions in the digital era.Originality: This study provides practical implications for companies in selecting relevant influencers and designing appropriate marketing content for Generation Z. Conclusion: This study highlight the importance of influencer-based marketing strategies in increasing product appeal and conversion among Generation Z. Type of Paper: Research article.
