Abstract

The phenomenon of sexual violence and bullying that occurs on campus is often carried out by educated people, both fellow students, lecturers and education staff. With the increase in sexual violence that occurs in tertiary institutions, it will directly or indirectly have an impact on the less than optimal implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education and reduce the quality of higher education. University of Brawijaya established Unit Layanan Terpadu Kekerasan Seksual dan Perundungan (ULTKSP), a unit that functions as an integrated service provider for victims of Sexual Violence and/or Bullying which is managed by University of Brawijaya and carried out by the Faculty, Postgraduate and Study Programs Outside the Main Campus.  The strategy used to handle victims of sexual violence and/or bullying, namely services; Inspection; Protection; Recovery; Accompaniment; Prosecution of Perpetrators and Supervision.

Abstract

 The purpose of this program is to introduce the community to how to sort and utilize the waste generated through the Ecobrick program: Alternative Building Bases in Punten Village Based on Environmentally Friendly Methods Using Inorganic Waste. This activity is carried out for 5 months from July to November 2022 The implementation method used in this program is data collection, preparation, program implementation includes socialization and training, monitoring and evaluation, and finally the preparation of reports. In addition, the activities that have been carried out include: Forum Group Discussion to village heads and related ranks, simulation and training activities targeted at the community, development of the construction of a waste bank in Punten Village, and activities ending with evaluation activities for the community.

Abstract

This community service aimed to develop a character-building program at SMPN 15 Kota Malang to prevent sexual violence and bullying among students by fostering ethics and empathy. The service involved several activities, including initial surveys to identify risk factors, curriculum development, training for teachers and staff, and workshops for parents. The implementation focused on cultivating students’ understanding of ethics and empathy through interactive learning and group discussions. The program evaluation indicated significant improvements: 85% of students reported increased awareness of empathy, while bullying and sexual violence cases decreased by 35%. Additionally, parental involvement in school activities increased by 50%. These results suggest that the program effectively fostered a safer, more inclusive school environment and should be expanded to other schools.

Abstract

This paper conducts a bibliometric analysis to explore the relationship between digital entrepreneurship and marketing in today's business environment.  It highlights how digital technologies and online platforms have revolutionized both entrepreneurial and marketing strategies, underscoring the importance of ethical and social responsibility. The aim is to uncover research patterns, predominant themes, and gaps in the existing literature, providing insights into how digital entrepreneurial ventures can support ethical and sustainable economic development. The analysis also considers how marketing responsibility is integrated into digital business strategies as a mechanism for creating value for various stakeholders. It discusses the impact of technologies like big data and AI on targeted marketing and the ethical issues related to data privacy. The findings stress the need for businesses to adopt innovative marketing techniques that comply with strict ethical standards and sustainability goals.

Abstract

This This community service aimed to optimize character building implementation among students as a preventive effort against bullying and sexual violence in higher education. The activity was carried out by the Integrated Service Unit for Sexual Violence and Bullying (ULTKSP) at Universitas Brawijaya through counseling, mentoring, and student engagement programs that emphasized awareness, empathy, and responsible behavior. The qualitative descriptive method supported by questionnaires was used to identify types of bullying and assess the impact of character-building activities on students’ attitudes and interactions. A total of 400 students participated in the program. The results showed a decrease in physical, verbal, social, cyber, and sexual bullying, along with improved self-awareness, communication, and social interaction skills. This program demonstrated that strengthening character education through participatory and preventive approaches can effectively foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment.
