Abstract

This article discuss about the uniq and important information of Sayyid Usman bin Yahya contribution as one famous Scholar Muslims in Nusantara specialy for Muslim Society in capital Country of Jakarta untill called by “Mufti of Batavia” wich done by maintaining tradition and Islamic culture methode of sanad. It enables that the teaching delivered in continued to the authors of book (kitab) up to prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Muslim Scholars like Sayyid Utsman bin Yahya still attand and maintains about sanad tradition and based on teaching learning system. This article explains to the urgency of Islamic references wich Nusantara scholar writings and ideas product in religious knowledge affairs specialy for nusantara Scholers. This article is qualitative research. After the data was collected with heuristics, it was analyzed by source criticism, interpretation, and historiography with help by Ulumul Hadis or Hadis sains, so this study uses qualitative approach and data collected through observations not use Quantitative approach because this discussion and topic is social and relegion case. This results found that This historiography reveals the transmission of Islamic knowledge specialy for Hadist and it saince which the Scholars muslim like Sayyid Usman “Mufti Betawi” attend the sanad and lisence tradition, also that Sayyid Ustman one of Hadis Scholars because his books is mention about hadis sains. Sayydi Ustman is Interdisiplines sains, and take care the sunah tradition and civilation, proven by his essays and writing of Hadis literature.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the effort of KH. Ahmad Haris Sodaqo in the publish of sufistic orientation and approach in interaction with the sunna of Prophet Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, and interpreting the hadith literature and traditions. It is distributed, shared and promoted by contemporary Nusantara Scholar, namely KH. Ahmad Haris Sodaqo from Semarang, Central Java, in his translate, the book elucidates hadiths of Tasawuf which offer advice for those seeking to understand of the heart and how to treat the pattern of explanation, steeped in Sufism, is Hadith students studying whether Sufism contradicts the Hadith The author employs an analytical methodology, combining literature review with classical and contemporary hadith literacy, to the sources from which the traditions are rawn. The researcher utilized the method of scholars Imam al-Iroqi, in analyzing the traditions from of the book of Ihya Ulumiddin. In evaluating the traditions, the researcher consider the opinions of jarh wa ta'adil scholars such as Tirmidzi, Hakim, Daruquthni, al-Iroqi, al-Haisami, ad-Dzahabi, al-Midzi, Ibn Hajar al-Asqolani, and modern scholars such as ar-Nauth.  The research results both in terms of quantity and quality of Hadiths, a rich Sufistic content in the style of presentation and pattern interpretation. This orientation and interpretation promote moderation among Muslims, guiding them to adopt a way in life.

Abstract

This article learn about The process of knowledge transmission of Muhadis Syekh Yasin Padang wich done by maintaining tradition of giving ‘ijazah sanad’ (license on chain of transmission). It enables that the teaching delivered in ontinued to the authors of book (kitab) up to prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Scholars still maintains sanadan tradition. This article explains the urgency of sanad for scholarship in the transmission of religious knowledge. This study uses qualitative approach and data collected through observations. This results found that This historiography reveals the transmission of Islamic knowledge espesialy for Hadist and it saince which the Scholars of hadits “Muhaddits” attend the sanad and lisence tradition, this article explain about the methode of sanad or hadits transmision and contribution of Syekh Yasin and his idea or opinions to develop hadits sains.
