Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of credit and the number of borrowers in Fintech P2PL services on financial system stability from 2019 to 2022. The source of research data comes from secondary data, which comes from fintech statistics found on the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website. The research uses a quantitative approach with time series data analysis using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of the study show that Fintech credit has a positive but not significant effect on financial system stability. The number of borrowers in P2PL fintech services as a form of financial inclusion has a negative and significant impact on financial system stability. This study has the implication that short-term credit provided by fintech does not affect financial system stability, while the number of borrowers in P2PL fintech services causes a decrease in financial system stability so that increased financial inclusion must be accompanied by strong risk mitigation to maintain financial system stability.

Abstract

Introduction: Severe pain is a common and debilitating symptom for many cancer patients, often requiring multimodal approaches for effective management. While oral opioids and adjunctive therapies are frequently the first line, some patients with refractory pain necessitate interventional procedures. This case report describes the successful use of epidural tunneling for long-term pain management in a patient with severe cancer pain due to bone metastases. Case presentation: A 55-year-old woman with severe cancer pain secondary to bone metastases from breast cancer presented with intractable pain in her hips, buttocks, and legs, radiating to her feet with associated numbness. Despite high doses of oral opioids, paracetamol, amitriptyline, and a fentanyl syringe, her pain remained poorly controlled, significantly impacting her sleep and quality of life. A lumbosacral X-ray revealed osteolytic-blastic lesions with vertebral compression and other metastatic involvement. Given the severity and refractory nature of her pain, an epidural tunneling procedure was performed. Conclusion: Epidural tunneling proved to be a safe and effective method for managing severe, chronic cancer pain in this patient, leading to a substantial reduction in pain intensity and a decreased need for systemic opioids. This technique offers a valuable option for patients with persistent pain who have failed conventional analgesic therapies, particularly in advanced stages of cancer.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the service quality of traditional market retail and Madurese stores and analyze the influence of Retail Service Quality Scale (RSQS) dimensions on consumer satisfaction. The method used is quantitative explanatory with a comparative-verification design. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. The t-test results show that in traditional market retail only one dimension has a significant effect, namely store atmosphere (p = 0.034), while in Madurese stores there are three significant dimensions: cleanliness (p = 0.049), product arrangement (p = 0.010), and payment flexibility (p = 0.011). Multiple linear regression tests show that all RSQS dimensions simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, both in traditional market stores (F = 37.255; p = 0.000) and Madurese stores (F = 26.838; p = 0.000). These findings confirm that consumer preferences for service quality are influenced by cultural and operational contexts. Madurese retail has proven superior in terms of cleanliness, orderliness, and payment systems, while traditional markets rely more on shopping convenience. This study recommends improving service quality based on local wisdom to increase customer satisfaction.
