Abstract

Philanthropy is an important thing in Islam. The form of its activities originates from religion which originates from the Qur'an and Hadith, it seems that there are zakat, infaq, alms and waqf institutions which have been improved through the mechanism of ijtihad mediation and as a result have become highly admired, widespread and practiced in the life practices of Muslim society since the beginning Islam is growing. In this article, we examine the Transformation of Islamic Philanthropy which focuses on the Transformation of Islamic Philanthropy as a Model for Empowerment of Zakat, Infaq, Alms, Waqf (Ziswaf). This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, namely analyzing Islamic philanthropy, using the "Library Research" literature study approach. The results show that philanthropy is important in Islam. Philanthropy stems from the desire to harness and strengthen community independence. Throughout its history, philanthropy has developed into two forms: traditional philanthropy and social justice philanthropy. In the era of digital philanthropy entering a new era. The combination of the digital world and modern philanthropy can become digital philanthropy. So that philanthropic movements can be carried out on various social media.

Abstract

Abstract Calculation of the Village Zakat Index Value is the aim of research conducted in Buhu, Iloponu, East Limehe, Toyidito and Tonala Villages. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The samples in this study were the 5 poorest villages in Gorontalo Regency, namely Buhu Village, Iloponu Village, East Limehe Village, Toyidito Village, and Tonala Village. Data collection instruments through observation, questionnaires and documentation. By using primary data sources obtained directly from respondents related to research and secondary data obtained from books, journals and previous research. The informants in this research were village officials and the community. The results of the Zakat Index calculation, Tonala Village has the lowest overall index value of 0.45. Thus, this figure is in the quite good category, so consideration needs to be taken when providing assistance. Keywords: Zakat Village Index, Zakat Community Development Abstrak Perhitungan Nilai Indeks Desa Zakat merupakan tujuan dari pada penelitian yang dilakukan di Desa Buhu, Iloponu, Limehe Timur, Toyidito dan Desa Tonala. Metode yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kuantitatif Deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 5 Desa termiskin di Kabupaten Gorontalo yaitu Desa Buhu, Desa Iloponu, Desa Limehe Timur, Desa Toyidito, dan Desa Tonala. Instrumen pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket dan Dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan sumber data primer diperoleh langsung dari responden yang berkaitan dengan penelitian dan data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal dan penelitian terdahulu. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah aparat desa dan masyarakat. Hasil perhitungan Indeks Zakat, Desa Tonala memiliki nilai indeks terendah secara keseluruhan sebesar 0,45. Dengan demikian, angka ini berada pada kategori cukup baik, sehingga perlu adanya pertimbangan dalam pemberian bantuan. Kata Kunci: Indeks Desa Zakat, Zakat Community Development

Abstract

This study aims at describing the concept of al-amwal in the Qur'an which is referred to as treasure. This research focuses more on the concept of property and property ownership in the Qur'an, property as slander (trials), worldly treasures (al-hayah al-dunya), property as a means of doing good. Descriptive research method with qualitative approach is employed in this study. This present study, is a library study using maudhu’i method. Maudhu’i method is a method seeks to find the answer in the Qur'an by collecting ayahs of the Qur'an that have similar purpose, which together discuss a particular topic / title and publish those ayah in accordance with the time of thier descent in accordance with the causes of their descent, then pay attention to the ayahs with explanation, description and relationship with other ayahs. The results show that wealth (wealth) is a primary need for man to support his life in this world. The Qur'an reminds that property must be obtained through lawful manners as stipulated by the shariah law. In fact the Qur'an and the Sunnah clearly explain that property should not be transferred from one person to another through unjustified ways. In stead, it should be transferred based on the sharia, such as through trades or other lawful transactions. The use of property in Islamic teachings must always be in devotion to God and used in the framework of taqqarub (to get closer) to Allah.

Abstract

This study aims to see the benefits of Village Funds in Civil Society Development in Posiga and South Bolaang Mongondow Districts. The community has become the main source in developing and advancing the village from what was proclaimed by the Central and Regional governments which were promoting regional autonomy. In particular, the sub-districts where the Village Fund is utilized are really absorbed for development and community empowerment in order to achieve prosperity and equalization of economic capacity to realize development and community empowerment based on local culture achieved by each region, so that healthy and dynamic conditions will grow. , which will ultimately lead to civil society. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, and interviews. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the priority of village funds in improving rural development runs optimally in accordance with what is expected by the government and village communities in Posigadan sub-district. Utilization of village funds in the field of community empowerment is really used for budget priorities such as, each absorbed in the trade and industry sub-sector, marine and fisheries sub-sector, agriculture and animal husbandry sub-sector, BUMDes management training, facilities, productive economic business training, holding village exhibitions, increasing food crop production, increasing village apparatus capacity, and developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises advice and infrastructure. With successful community development and empowerment, it will lead to the benefit of the village itself, especially the community. So, this is considered a village's success in the capacity of civil society development. So that in accordance with the concept of problematic, namely everything that is useful, brings good, and rejects harm for the common good whose goal is for the welfare of society.
