Abstract

Prenatal yoga juga membantu proses persalinan ibu menjadi sebuah pengalaman positif yang ibu alami dengan cara meningkatkan kekuatan otot, peningkatan cadangan energi dan fleksibilitas. Yoga bekerja dengan cara mempersiapkan tubuh wanita untuk menjalani proses persalinan yang akan dilaluinya. Salah satu manfaat gerakan prenatal yoga adalah untuk merubah posisi janin, sehingga ibu hamil dengan letak sungsang dapat meminimalkan persalinan tidak normal. Jenis Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaf dengan Tehnik Pengambilan sampel yaitu Random Sampling dari 90 orang populasi di ambil sebanyak 30 orang sampel. Hasil penelitian, analisis uji Chi-square diperoleh nilai p value=0,001 karena nilai p lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,001<0,05) maka Ha diterima sehingga pada penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu hamil tentang prenatal yoga dalam mengatasi kehamilan letak sungsang di Klinik Juliana Dalimunthe. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa ibu yang memiliki pengetahuan baik cenderung memiliki sikap menerima dan positif terhadap prenatal yoga dalam mengatasi kehamilan letak sungsang di Kinik Juliana Dalimuthe. Di harapkan bagi Tempat penelitian, Intitusi, Responden dan Peneliti selanjutnya, agar mengupayakan untuk mengikuti senam prenatal yoga guna untuk mempermudah persalinan dan mengatasi janin letak sungsang.

Abstract

Pregnancy exercise classes are a means of learning about health for pregnant women, in face-to-face form. This program aims to increase mothers' knowledge and skills regarding pregnancy exercise. To identify the relationship between parity and family support with the participation of pregnant women in taking part in Pregnancy Gymnastics at the Eka Sriwahyuni ​​Clinic, Medan Denai District, Medan City. This type of research is analytical with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study was all existing pregnant women, namely 30 people, with a sampling technique using total sampling. The data collection tool in this research uses a questionnaire. The data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis. The research results showed that there was a parity relationship with the participation of pregnant women in taking part in pregnancy exercise with a P value of 0.028 and there was family support with the participation of pregnant women in taking part in pregnancy exercise with a P value of 0.028. It is hoped that health workers, especially midwives, will be more active in disseminating information about pregnancy exercise programs not only to pregnant women, but also to husbands/partners and families by increasing all components of family support.

Abstract

Dealing with the problem of sleep disturbances in pregnant women, we can provide several methods to stabilize the quality of good sleep, such as determining a good and comfortable position during sleep, basic relaxation exercises, one of which is pregnancy exercise. This study aims to determine the relationship between Pregnancy Exercise and Sleep Quality for Pregnant Women in the Third Trimester. This type of research is a descriptive correlation research that aims to reveal the correlative relationship between variables using a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were all third trimester pregnant women totaling 25 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The results of the research on pregnancy gymnastics conducted by third trimester pregnant women at the Juliana Dalimunthe Clinic were mostly performed poorly by 14 respondents (56.0%). The majority of sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women at the Juliana Dalimunthe Clinic is still poor as many as 15 respondents (60.0%). There is a significant relationship between pregnancy exercise and the sleep quality of third trimester pregnant women at the Juliana Dalimunthe Clinic, with a p value = 0.000 (p <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the better the exercise during pregnancy, the better the sleep quality of third trimester pregnant women.
