Abstract

The purpose of this research was to compare the Android-based MSME financial bookkeeping application based on the criteria for a quality accounting application. The used data collection were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative and comparative analysis. The results of the analysis of each application show that Buku Kas  and  Buku Warung applications have different completeness. The results of the analysis of the research show that in a comparative assessment by respondents from the questionnaire obtained the results that Buku Kas application get a total score of 2.845 while Buku Warung application get a total score of 2.764. The total score shows that 51% of respondents prefer Buku Kas application as an Android-based MSME financial bookkeeping application compared to Buku Warung  application. The conclusion is that there is Buku Kas application has better criteria as an MSME financial bookkeeping application than Buku Warung application.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara meningkatkan kompetensi siswa akuntansi menggunakan aplikasi Accurate Versi 5 di SMK Karya Bhakti Brebes. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan kompetensi siswa SMK Karya Bhakti Brebes serta terjalinnya kemitraan antara Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal dan SMK Karya Bhakti Brebes.  Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah terkait dengan perumusan masalah yang telah diungkapkan. Adapun langkah- langkah atau metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi: pemetaan(mapping), Wawancara, dan Perumusan masalah dan Solusi. Analisis data kegiatan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman cara mensetup data awal perusahaan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, meningkatnya keterampilan siswa dalam mengimport data dari microsoft excel ke dalam Accurate education book versi 5 serta menyajikan laporan keuangan (laba rugi, neraca, laba di tahan, arus kas) dan menyajikan ke dalam file pdf.

Abstract

Villages have the opportunity to develop their potential since the enactment of the Village Law. Optimizing the potential of the village is used for the benefit of the village community. The purpose of optimizing the potential of the village is to improve the lives of the village community. The purpose of establishing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is one of the government's efforts to drive the village economy. BUMDes is expected to be a locomotive for the movement of the village economy that can make the village prosperous and reduce poverty. For this goal to be achieved, BUMDes needs to be managed professionally so that they can compete and develop properly. BUMDes Bangun Ber Bersama is a BUMDes in Kepunduhan Village, Tegal Regency. BUMDes Bangun Bersama has the full support of the local village government. BUMDesa Bangun together has limited capabilities of existing human resources. The limitation of existing human resources is the ability in financial reporting operational activities. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to provide financial management methods from manual to systematic and digitalized based on Google Suite. The output of the activities carried out is that BUMDes administrators understand the Bumdes administration system and accounting/bookkeeping and have the ability to make BUMDes Financial Statements in the form of simple accounting, namely making daily cash books, balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and digital-based and systematic capital change reports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Participation of The Village Community and Financial System to the Success of Village Fund Management in Krasak Village, Brebes Regency. Research methodology through data collection with questionnaire survey techniques to respondents and sampling using slovin formula. The data analysis techniquein this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of this study showed that the variables of community participation had a partial significant effect on the success of village fund management, the variable use of the village financial system had a significant partial effect on the success of village fund management and community participation and the village financial system simultaneously influenced the success of village fund management Keywords: Success of Village Fund Management, Community Participation, Siskeudes

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan tambahan keterampilan lulusan khususnya dalam membuat formulir entri data menggunakan record macro sehingga proses penginputan serta perhitungan data yang biasa dilakukan secara berulang sudah terotomatisasi dan berdampak pada kemudahan dalam menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan keterampilan komputer dengan praktik langsung di laboraturium komputer SMK Islam Nusantara Comal. Keterampilan dalam menggunakan Microsoft office (word, excell, ppt, dsb)  merupakan suatu keharusan dalam menunjang kemampuan di lingkungan kerja. Siswa perlu dikenalkan dan dilakukan pendampingan intens khususnya dalam pemanfaatan fitur dalam microsoft excel baik macro vba ataupun record macro sehingga siswa/I tersebut dikemudian hari merasakan kemudahan dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian atas kasus yang diberikan menunjukan bahwa dari 25 siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan mendapatkan nilai 80-100 sekitar 19 siswa kemudian untuk nilai 70-80 sekitar  4 siswa dan 60-70 hanya 2 siswa sedangkan yang mendapatkan nilai kurang dari 60 tidak ada. Hal ini menandakan bahwa pemaparan materi dan pelatihan yang disampaikan oleh kedua pemateri dikatakan sukses.Abstract: The purpose of this activity is to provide additional graduate skills, especially in creating data entry forms using record macros, so that the process of inputting and calculating data that is usually done repeatedly has been automated and has an impact on the ease of completing a job. The form of this community service activity is computer skills training with direct practice in the computer laboratory of SMK Islam Nusantara Comal. Skills in using Microsoft office (word, excel, ppt, etc.) are a must in supporting abilities in the work environment. Students need to be introduced and provide intense assistance, especially in the use of features in Microsoft Excel, both macro vba or record macros so that the student will feel easy in carrying out his work in the future. Based on the results of the assessment of the cases given, it shows that of the 25 students who took part in the activity, 19 students got a score of 80-100, then for a score of 70-80 around 4 students and 60-70 only 2 students while those who got a score of less than 60 did not exist. This indicates that the presentation of the material and training delivered by the two presenters is said to be a success.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus that spreads in Indonesia has a tremendous impact on all fields, one of which is education. As an effort to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, learning during the pandemic is encouraged to be done remotely or commonly referred to as online learning. The online learning process requires schools to adapt, and during the school adaptation process, teachers and students experience problems because the online/online learning process is different from face-to-face/offline learning. The problem of online learning is also experienced by activity partners, namely SMK Muhammadiyah Adiwerna. Specific problems with partners are difficulties in explaining the subject matter. Creativity in the delivery of distance learning materials can be increased by implementing training programs for teachers in the use of technology and information. Therefore, the community service team provides training in making learning videos using the Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) application. This activity is carried out in three stages. The first stage, the activity team discussed with partners related to the problems that occurred. The second stage, the activity team determines the theme of the activity and prepares the material for the activity. The third stage, the activity team conducts an evaluation. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in the ability of participants to make video tutorials to support online learning. Keywords: online learning, open broadcaster software

Abstract

Pelatihan Spreadsheet dan Komputer Akuntansi Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Akuntansi Di SMK Brebes, Tegal, Slawi dan Pemalang. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan kompetensi Guru Akuntansi di SMK Brebes, Tegal, Slawi dan Pemalan. Metodologi penelitian melalui  Analisis data terdiri dari pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka adalah beberapa teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta dapat menggunakan fungsi-fungsi program pengolah angka untuk mengolah data (menggunakan rumus matematika, semi-absolut, absolut, fungsi logika, finansial, tanggal, dan grafik), serta membuat laporan.

Abstract

Melalui ringkasan, perbandingan, dan evaluasi penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan perbankan Indonesia secara kritis. Jurnal-jurnal yang telah terbit dari tahun 2013 hingga 2022 telah dievaluasi melalui metode analisis sistematis. Hasil dari proses pencarian yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan menunjukkan bahwa penulis mendapatkan sebanyak 51 jurnal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data sistematis literatur, ditemukan bahwa artikel atau jurnal dengan tingkat sebaran tertinggi adalah 8 jurnal pada tahun 2016, 2019 dan 2020. Metode penelitian yang paling umum adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dan teknik analisis data yang paling umum adalah regresi linear berganding.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aplikasi akuntansi UKM pada UD putra amalia batik talang tegal. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan Wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Analisis data kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM memberikan kemudahan bagi UMKM dalam melakukan pembukuan keuangan usaha. Transaksi bisnis berupa pembelian dan penjualan, hutang dan piutang, pembayaran biaya operasional dan lain-lain, akan lebih mudah dan praktis. Aplikasi UKM juga mudah digunakan setiap saat karena dapat diakses melalui smartphone dan dapat memberikan informasi secara realtime, membantu operasional  lebih efektif dan efisien serta dapat mengetahui posisi keuangan kapan saja dan dimana sajaKata kunci:  Aplikasi UKM, Laporan keuangan, UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the analysis of credit interest calculation using flat rate and sliding rate method at Kospin Jasa Capem Jatibarang. The data collection methods are literature study, documentation, interviews, and observation. The technique used for data analysis is quantitative description analysis with flat rate and sliding rate method formulas. The research findings show that the flat rate calculation method has a greater interest value than the sliding rate calculation method, both for 12 months and 24 months. The flat rate method is more appropriate for short-term loans, and is suitable for debtors with fixed income, while the sliding rate is more appropriate for long-term loans because the nominal interest decreases.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana analisis perhitungan bunga kredit dengan menggunakan metodologi flat rate dan sliding rate di Kospin Jasa Capem Jatibarang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk analisis data adalah analisis deskripsi kuantitatif dengan rumus metode flat rate dan sliding rate. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa metode perhitungan flat rate memiliki nilai bunga yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode perhitungan sliding rate, baik untuk jangka waktu 12 bulan maupun 24 bulan. Metode flat rate lebih tepat digunakan untuk jangka pendek, dan sesuai untuk debitur yang penghasilannya tetap, sedangkan sliding rate lebih tepat untuk pinjaman jangka panjang, karena nominal bunganya yang semakin menurun.
