Abstract

Microsoft Office mastery training has been conducted at SMAN 2 Tanjung Palas Timur, Bulungan Regency, to enhance students' skills in using Microsoft Office applications. The methods used in this training include delivering materials through brief lectures and self-paced exercises by the students. A significant finding from this training is the marked improvement in students' understanding of Microsoft Office applications. Students also demonstrated increased efficiency and creativity in using these applications for school assignments and extracurricular activities

Abstract

This community service discusses participatory communication strategies applied in a field school for pest and disease control and post-flood management in cocoa cultivation in Sajau Village, Bulungan Regency. The main focus of the field school was the participatory approach used, the methods applied, and the results achieved. The research shows how active community involvement can influence sustainable farming practices, with an emphasis on improving the effectiveness of pest control, disease management and post-flood recovery.

Abstract

Technological developments, on the other hand, have the impact of changing human civilization, which is starting to depend on technology. The term IT (Information Technology) which is currently popular is part of a long chain of developments in terms in the world of SI (Information Systems) or IS (Information System). Dasawisma is a group of mothers from 10-20 neighboring households. Dasawisma is part of the PKK cadre who plays a role in improving the quality of life of the community. The management of Dasawisma data in Maleer Village is still done manually, through the handwriting of the heads of Dasawisma per RW, of course this causes difficulties and inefficiencies in reporting data at the RW level. The main objective of this PKM is to create applications, socialization and technical guidance for the Dasawisma Data Filling System in the Maleer Village area, Batununggal District, Bandung City, Socialization of community service programs and implementation of the vision and mission of the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic Bandung in the surrounding areas, namely Maleer Village, Batununggal District, Bandung City, Establishing cooperation on the tridharma of higher education with the surrounding areas, namely Maleer Village, Batununggal District, Bandung City. It is hoped that the Dasawisma Application designed and initiated by the PKM team of the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic can help to make data reporting more effective and easier.

Abstract

Hingga saat ini, jumlah kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia terus meningkat secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, Kementerian Kesehatan telah meluncurkan sebuah protokol kesehatan sebagai solusinya. Protokol kesehatan merupakan perilaku yang harus dipatuhi semua pihak agar dapat melakukan aktivitas dengan aman selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan informasi kepada masyarakat agar dapat memahami dan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan COVID-19  yaitu Mengenakan Masker, Menjaga jarak, Mencuci tangan, Menjauhi keramaian, dan Membatasi mobilitas. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data secara kuantitatif yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka  dan metode perangkat lunak luther sutopo yang terdiri dari konsep, desain, pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan, testing dan distribusi. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sebuah video animasi 2 dimensi layanan masyarakat tentang protokol kesehatan COVID-19, dapat diterima dan dipahami sebagai media sosialisasi dalam bentuk video animasi.

Abstract

Information systems are growing rapidly following the advancement of technology. Therefore we need a system that becomes the information center in a warehouse. The goods inventory system is a system that focuses on processing data related to goods in the warehouse. Observations made in the company CV. NONNETEDY using the system development method used by the researcher is Waterfall. The process in development used is UML (Unified Modeling Language) using the PHP programming language and MySql database. The result of implementing an inventory system that researchers use to manage goods data, starting from systematically distributing goods in and out. This makes it easier for users or companies to print reports and have accurate results on the report

Abstract

Cikapundung Antique Market is a business located in Bandung that sells antiques. Because sales are still done manually, one of the traders in the market has difficulty marketing his products. The purpose of this study is to create an antique shop website using the Laravel framework that can be used to promote antiques to collectors in various regions. This study uses the waterfall method and uses the tailwind css system modeling. The results of this study will be an antique shop website software for one of the traders in the Cikapundung Antique Market which functions to expand product marketing and make consumers faster and more comfortable in interacting with them.

Abstract

The development of technology has encouraged the creating a more efficient and secure door security system. This study designs and implements an automatic door monitoring and control system based on the ESP32-CAM microcontroller and ultrasonic sensors. This system is designed to detect the presence of objects or people in front of the door using the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor. The ESP32-CAM module is used to send images or videos in real time to the user's device via a Wi-Fi connection to be displayed on the LCD screen, and allows remote monitoring. In addition, the system is equipped with a manual control feature via a web-based application. The test results show that the system is able to respond quickly to object detection at a certain distance, and provide adequate visual monitoring quality in a local network. This system is expected to improve comfort, security, and efficiency in managing automatic door access, especially in private environments and public facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan sistem yang lebih efisien dalam mengelola transaksi penjualan di PT. Abercode Software. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi Point of Sale (POS) berbasis web untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi transaksi penjualan. Penelitian ini buat agar proses perancangan sistem informasi point of sale yang di harapkan menghasilkan informasi transaksi jual beli lebih efektif dan efisien. Maka tahapan analisis yang di buat adalah dengan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif. Dengan pengembangan sistem informasi perangkat lunak waterfall.untuk meneliti perancangan pada sistem ini maka di buat perancangan sistem dengan flow map, erd, diagram konteks, dan DFD level. Dengan adanya perancangan ini di harapkan memberikan transaksi pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem POS yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan kecepatan transaksi, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan memberikan laporan yang lebih akurat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan sistem POS berbasis web berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional dan pelayanan pelanggan di PT. Abercode Software.

Abstract

Proses pendaftaran pasien anak dan rawat inap merupakan komponen penting dalam layanan rumah sakit yang menuntut kecepatan, ketelitian, dan ketepatan pencatatan data. Di RSU Pindad Bandung, proses administrasi khususnya di Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD) dan unit rawat inap masih dilakukan secara manual. Data penting seperti pendaftaran pasien, penjadwalan janji temu dokter, dan pencatatan surat keterangan kematian masih ditulis tangan dalam buku log, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan kehilangan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web guna mendukung proses pendaftaran dan pengelolaan data pasien yang lebih efisien dan terintegrasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi literatur, dengan pola model prototyping. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel dengan manajemen basis data MySQL. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mempercepat alur kerja administrasi, mempermudah pencarian data, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan keamanan informasi pasien. Dengan demikian, sistem yang diusulkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif terhadap permasalahan administratif yang sebelumnya dihadapi oleh RSU Pindad Bandung.
