Abstract

ABSTRACTDigital Image Processing is a field of science that studies how to form, process and analyze images to produce information that can be understood by humans. Empirical results show that based on research, poor image quality (image processing) is one of the visible limitations of image processing because it limits efficient data extraction. So it is necessary to study several theories from previous research. This research aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of journals in Scopus from 2013 to 2023 regarding the application of mathematics in image processing. One of the main objectives is to identify publication trends related to research on the application of mathematics in image processing during the period 2013 - 2023. The results of the research are that China was ranked first, followed by India, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. The position of Indonesian researchers is not visible, this indicates that research interest in the topic of image processing and its connection to mathematics is very minimal. This is also a research opportunity to show the novelty of the field of mathematical applications in the field of image processing or related to other information systems. This research emphasizes the importance of modeling and transforming mathematics in sign language by teachers for elementary school level mathematics learning with students with special needs. This also shows that there is a research gap for further research to be carried out by Indonesian researchers.

Abstract

Seiring meningkatnya ketergantungan terhadap sistem digital dan internet, kebutuhan akan penelitian dan inovasi di bidang cyber security menjadi sangat mendesak. Adapun kajian terdahulu yang berhubungan dengan siber hanya fokus pada media atau alat bantu pembelajaran. Studi bibliometrik menjadi pendekatan yang tepat untuk memahami dinamika penelitian siber security dalam kurun waktu tersebut. Melalui analisis bibliometrik, dapat diperoleh gambaran mengenai tren publikasi (jumlah, distribusi, dan pertumbuhannya), tahun dan artikel dengan tingkat kutipan tertinggi, serta topik-topik utama yang mendominasi penelitian dalam bidang ini. negara yang menulis publikasi terbanyak tentang cyber security yaitu China berhasil menempati peringkat pertama di Asia dengan jumlah sitasi terbanyak sedangkan untuk publlikasi terbanyak ditingkat Dunia adalah United State yang kemudian disusul china. Posisi peneliti Indonesia tidak terlihat pada TOP TEN Tingkat dunia, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa minat penelitian untuk topik cyber security sangat minim peminat. Hal ini sekaligus menunjukkan adanya celah penelitian untuk dilakukan penelitian lanjutan oleh peneliti-peneliti Indonesia.

Abstract

This study discusses how to accurately determine the level of ability of students using Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT). In the implementation of CAT, test participants are given question items according to their abilities. This shows the difference from existing testing systems such as Computer Based Testing (CBT). ADAPTIVE in this system is an automated exam system that is carried out adaptively, adjusting the difficulty level of the questions to the ability of each examinee. The questions given depend on the answer to the previous question: true or false. If the answer is correct, then the next question item has a higher level of difficulty, while if it is wrong, the difficulty level of the next question decreases. CAT in this study is also called the term SIMPATIF (Adaptive Assessment System). The difference between CAT and SIMPATIF is from the selection of question items, in the test using the SIMPATIF application, the selection of question items using the C4.5 algorithm and IRT 3 Parameter Logistics Model (3PL). The 3 parameters are the difficulty level of the question, differentiation, and deceit. In the development of this SIMPATIF. The input attributes from the decision tree have 4 attributes, namely difficulty level, differentiation, deceiver and IRT, while the target attributes are 2, namely YES and NO. The questions used are productive subjects majoring in Multimedia at SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo. The study was conducted with 10 students, SIMPATIF only succeeded in 67,901% for the adaptive status of the questions. Meanwhile, if correlated with CBT 76.58%.

Abstract

In the current digital era, manual attendance systems are increasingly being abandoned due to inefficiencies, susceptibility to data manipulation, and time-consuming recap processes—particularly in large-scale organizations with over 500 employees spread across multiple provinces and two different time zones. The main challenges of manual systems include delayed data validation, inconsistency in attendance timing across regions, and difficulties in generating real-time integrated reports. To address these issues, this study developed a location-based (GPS), mobile, and real-time attendance application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, which emphasizes fast prototyping and active user involvement. The application was built using React Native for cross-platform mobile interfaces (iOS and Android), PHP Laravel for the backend, and PostgreSQL along with Firebase Cloud Messaging for database and notification services. Testing results show that the application achieves a location accuracy rate of 95%, reduces approval processing time from over one day (manual) to an average of 1–2 minutes, and ensures 100% success in real-time notification delivery. Additionally, the application simplifies cross-time-zone attendance recapitulation and achieved a user satisfaction rate of 92% based on a User Acceptance Test (UAT) involving 50 respondents from various branches. These findings indicate that the developed application is effective in enhancing operational efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency in the digital and integrated management of employee attendance.

Abstract

Literasi Matematika adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk merumuskan, menggunakan dan menafsirkan matematika dalam berbagai konteks masalah kehidupan sehari-hari secara efisien. Berdasarkan hasil PISA 2015, kemampuan siswa Indonesia dalam matematika dan membaca masih rendah dibandingkan dengan negara lain.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi informasi sebagai peningkatan literasi matematika dalam dunia pendidikan pada siswa menengah pertama di SMP ICM. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas 8 SMP di Insan Cendekia Mandiri Sidoarjo tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Tes tertulis dan wawancara. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS 25, dan Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan literasi matematika siswa di SMP ICM. Faktor-faktor seperti aksesibilitas teknologi informasi dan kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi juga mempengaruhi hasil penelitian. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan teknologi informasi harus ditingkatkan dalam dunia pendidikan untuk meningkatkan literasi matematika siswa.
