Abstract

Abstract - The training held by the CBI Tourism Academy was able to formulate a curriculum that was used as a benchmark for the Higher Order for the three taxonomies referring to theoretical-based analysis. then applied during training according to a structured procedure which is arranged according to consecutive steps. is understanding Higher Order taxonomy, understanding integration and examples of Higher Order implementation, understanding the competency composition of Higher Order and the appropriate learning methods, until finally the assessment, describing the accumulated assessment to find goals, namely learning that isproduce: output, outcomes, and impact. Training objectives so that the training participants have the ability to transfer to students the abilities that are mastered from the results of the training. The basic assumption about the Higher Order ability target actually boils down to students .This goal is in tune and at the same time is the target of MBKM, namely learning that produces results so that the learning outcomes of graduates are able to compete in an international locus The results of observations and documentation from the qualitative descriptive research method applied to this research method show the substantive framework of the material presented, the processes and stages carried out to manifest into an integral training qualification Abstrak - Taxonomy tingkat tinggi pada pembelajaran sudah tidak asing lagi dengan taxonomy Hots, adalah kompetensi tingkat tinggi pada ranah cognitave. Namun sebaliknya masih sangat sedikit dibahas dan diaplikasikan taxonomy tingkat tinggi pada ranah Affective dan Psychomotor. Padahal ke tiga taxonomy ini berjalan seiring dan saling penyesuaian antar ke tiganya. Berbagai fakta menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan bernalar tingkat tinggi berbanding lurus dengan sikap/perilaku dan skill tingkat tinggi. Pada pelatihan Dasar Dasar Pekerti yang dilaksanakan oleh Akademi Pariwisata terhadap dosen menyajikan ciri khusus,yakni kurikulum Higher Order : konsep Hots untuk cognitave serta konsep Higher Order/H.O untuk Affective dan Psychomotor. Pada pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh Akademi Pariwisata CBI mampu merumuskan Kurikulum yang dijadikan patokan Higher Order untuk ke tiga taxonomy tersebut merujuk ke pada analisis berbasis teoritisis. Kemudian diaplikasikan pada saat pelatihan sesuai prosedur yang terstruktur yang tersusun menurut langkah langkah berurut. Adalah memahami taxonomy Higher Order, memahami integrasi dan contoh penerapan Higher Order, memahami komposisi kompetensi Higher Order berikut metode pembelajaran yang berkesesuaian, sampai pada akhirnya assemen, mendeskripsi akumulasi assesmen hingga menemukan goals, yakni pembelajaran yang menghasilkan : output, outcomes, dan impact. Tujuan pelatihan agar peserta pelatihan berkemampuan mentransfer ke pada mahasiswa atas kemampuan yang dikuasai dari hasil pelatihan. Asumsi dasar tentang sasaran kemampuan Higher Order sesungguhnya bermuara ke pada mahasiswa. Tujuan ini seirama dan sekaligus merupakan target MBKM yakni pembelajaran yang menghasilkan sehingga capaian pembelajaran lulusan mampu bersaing pada locus internasional. Hasil observasi dan dokumentasi dari metode penelitan deskriptif kualitatif yang diterapkan pada metode penelitian ini menunjukkan kerangka kerangka substansif materi yang disajikan, proses dan tahapan yang dilakukan hingga mewujud ke pada kualifikasi pelatihan yang integral.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Dramaturgi terhadap Kinerja melampaui Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja. Untuk itu perlu terlebih dahulu mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Dramaturgi terhadap Kinerja, sejauh mana pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja, sejauh mana pengaruh Dramaturgi dan Kepemimpinan sekaligus terhadap Kinerja, sejauh mana faktor lain ( epselon ) yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan AMIK CBI Sukabumi. Jumlah sampel yang dijadikan responden sebanyak lima puluh responden dari sebanyak delapan puluh delapan populasi. Konteks kepemimpinan dalam penelitian ini mengacu ke pada pemahaman cara memimpin oleh pimpinan yakni BPH dan Direktur ke pada Karyawan. Adapun pemahaman Dramaturgi mengacu ke pada pemahaman Impression Management oleh BPH dan Direktur dalam bentuk interaksi sosial dengan Karyawan pada suasana sosial tertentu dengan kecenderungan situasional yang dibagi ke dalam dua situasional, yaitu interaksi sosial di pentas belakang (back stage ) dan di pentas depan (front stage ). Metode penelitian menggunakan desain aksplanasi, menguji pengaruh antar tiga variabel, variabel X1,X2,Y berdasarkan analisis kuantitatif melalui olah data SPSS . Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan pengaruh Dramaturgi terhadap Kinerja jauh lebih tinggi dibanding pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, pengaruh Dramaturgi terhadap kinerja positif dan signifikan, pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja positif namun tidak signifikan, pengaruh Dramaturgi dan Kepemimpinan sekaligus positif dan signifikan. Factor lain (epsilon) yang mempengaruh kinerja sebesar tujuh puluh delapan koma tiga persen. Ditemukan hal menarik pada penelitian ini melalui pengaruh Dramaturgi dengan jabaran unsur unsurnya yang posistif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja hingga sudah saatnya menganalisis faktor faktor situasional melalui kekuatan manajemen kesan/impression management oleh pimpinan terhadap karyawan pada saat interaksi sosial sebagai salah satu dimensi sangat penting yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan . Unsur unsur tersebut meliputi kekuatan pimpinan melalui situasi : dengan gestural, perangkat peran, penonjolan, takaran waktu interaksi, teknik komunikasi dengan lembut, dan unsur Dramaturgi lain nya . Abstract - This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of drama on performance exceeds the influence of leadership on performance. for that it is necessary in advance to know the extentof the influence of Dramaturgy on Performance, the extent of the influence of Leadership on Performance, the extent of the influence of Dramaturgy and Leadership at the same time on performance, the extent to which other factors (epchelon) influence performance. This research was conducted on the employees of AMIK CBI Sukabumi.The number of samples used as respondents was fifty respondents from a total of eighty eight populations. The leadership context in this study refers to the understanding of how to lead by the leadership, namely BPH and the Director to the employees. As for the understanding of Dramaturgy refers to the understanding of Impression Management by BPH and the Director in the form of social interaction with employeesin certain social situations with situational tendencies which are divided into two situational, namely social interaction on the back stage) and on the front stage.The research method used was an explanation design, testing the effect between three variables, variables X1, X2, Y based on quantitative analysis through SPSS data processing. The results of data processing show that the influence of Dramaturgy on performance is much higher than the influence of leadership on performance, the influence of Dramaturgy on performance is positive and significant, the influence of leadership on performance is positive but not significant, the influence of Dramaturgy andLeadership is at the same time positive and significant.another factor (epsilon) that affects the performance of seventy-eight point three percent.It was found interesting in this study through the influence of Dramaturgy with a description of its positive and significant elements of performance that it is time to analyze situational factors through the power of impression management by leaders on employees atwhen social interaction is a very important dimension that affects employee performance. .These elements include the power of leadership through situations: with gestures, role devices, prominence, measure of interaction time, gentle communication techniques and other elements of Dramaturgy.

Abstract

Abstract - The problem in this research is managerial or plantation community empowerment strategies in managing tourism objects in their environment. The case used for research is Bukit Belendung ecotourism, a tourist attraction located in the Goalpara tea plantation, Sukabumi district, precisely PTP VIII. Tourism destinations that are included in ecotourism are a manifestation of the PTP VIII Program which not only manages tea plantation products, but also uses the land around tea plantations for Agro Tourism. From the results and discussion of the research, it shows that the pattern of empowerment of the Avdelling II community with limited potential for human resources, finance and land but is able to manage tourism objects with managerial principles as evidenced by Participatory planning, potential empowerment, conception and selling power strategies, start-up strategies, and visitor circulation. The implications include the addition of economic value, unproductive land use, the occurrence of mobility interactions with outside communities, comparison materials and pilot projects for other plantation communities. The research design applied is descriptive design, The method of take to data by observation and direct dialogue.respondance on research are leader of avdelling II Goalpara and and the pioneers who initiated the establishment of the Beleundung hill tourist attraction. The effect of studying on this survey can be followed up to a discussion on a wider scope, both territorially and conceptually and theoretically. This can be a benefit or contribution both to a more accurate theoretical framework and of greater practical value. Abstrak - Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Manajerial atau strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat perkebunan dalam mengelola objek wisata di lingkungannya. Kasus yang dijadikan penelitian adalah ekowisata Bukit Belendung, merupakan objek wisata yang berada di perkebunan teh Goalpara kabupaten Sukabumi tepatnya PTP VIII. Destinasi wisata yang termasuk dalam eko wisata merupakan manifestasi dari Program PTP VIII yang bukan hanya mengelola produk hasil perkebunan teh, tetapi juga pemanfaatan lahannya di sekitar perkebunan teh untuk Agro Wisata. Dari hasil dan pembahasan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pemberdayaan masyarakat avdelling II dengan keterbatasan potensi SDM, financial dan lahan namun mampu mengelola objek wisata dengan kaidah – kaidah manajerial yang dibuktikan melalui Participatory planning, pemberdayaan potensi, konsepsi dan strategi daya jual , strategi star up, dan sirkulasi pengunjung. Implikasinya meliputi penambahan nilai ekonomi, pemanfaatan lahan yang tidak produktif, terjadinya mobilitas interaksi dengan masyarakat luar, bahan perbandingan dan pilot project bagi masyarakat perkebunan lainnya. Desain penelitian yang diterapkan adalah Desain Deskriftif ,teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Respondence dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala avdelling II Goalpara dan Pioner pencetus berdirinya objek wisata bukit Beleundung. Hasil pembahasan dari penelitian ini sekiranya bisa di tindaklanjuti ke pembahasan pada cakupan yang lebih luas, baik secara teritorial maupun konsepsi dan teoritisnya. Hal ini bisa menjadi manfaat atau sumbangsih baik untuk kerangka teoritis yang lebih akurat maupun nilai praktis yang lebih besar.

Abstract

The tendency of total institutions is marked through starting from the stages and processes of formation to the birth of the BP3K, which these stages and processes include Compertmentalization The research method used is descriptive method. This study aims to explore the problem to produce a holistic description of the problem. From the research results that they are termed the middle axis lecturer. then they are grouped at once combined into a container. A container that is in accordance with their characteristics and character is a manifestation with a tendency towards total institutions. the manifestation of the tendency of the total institution to be named BP3K, namely the Field of Curriculum Development and Supervision, Resocialization, Isolation, very binding rules, tight control, the role of centralized regulator / coach. BP3K activities in the form of studies and training as well as regeneration of member resources in the field of functional competencies in the realm of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. The total institutional element that contributes the most to the benefits and impacts of BP3K when compared to other elements is the element of isolation and the strength of the supervisor. the implication of the research results, that through BP3K is to make the College as the organizer of basic character training for lecturers of universities, information and appreciation for two tutors from BP3K as tutorial implementers Basic Characteristics BP3K is also used as an accreditation consultant as well as a training center for various achievements and expertise for the College.
