Abstract

Peneliti memiliki gambaran bahwa dengan adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan secara empiris peran pemanfaatan teknologi informsi untuk mencapau kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai di SKPD Kabupaten Sragen. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji linieritas, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur, Uji t, Uji F, Uji koefisien determinasi dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompensasi, pemanfaatan tekhnologi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji F dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama variabel kepemimpinan, kompensasi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi Kinerja pegawai di SKPD Kabupaten Sragen. Nilai R2 total sebesar 0,996 dapat diartikan variasi Kinerja Pegawai di SKPD Kabupaten Sragen dijelaskan oleh variabel Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 99,6% dan sisanya 0,4% dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian sebagai contoh komunikasi, pengawasan dan lain sebagainya. Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja merupakan jalur paling efektif dibandingkan dengan pengaruh yang lain

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to find a solution to the problem of teachers' lack of knowledge in writing scientific papers in the form of class action research. The method of PkM activities in the form of socialisation and mentoring In addition, in this activity, to find out the experience of writing scientific papers carried out by teachers, the team also distributed a questionnaire containing several questions. Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire distribution, only about 10% of teachers in the school have written scientific papers and some have been published in a journal, the rest, the experience of writing scientific papers of teachers is still limited to theses and papers. One of the factors causing the low number of scientific papers published in journals is because teachers do not understand the steps of writing scientific papers. From the results of the mentoring, the teachers' skills to write rich scientific papers increased. The scientific paper training discussed the urgency of writing, the systematics of making papers, and the systematics of making research reports. The material was delivered by lecturers The results of the class action research will be finalised.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan game edukasi pengenalan buah-buahan berbasis Construct 2 pada anak usia dini di TK Kartika serta mengevaluasi tingkat keberterimaan pengguna terhadap media tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) dengan enam tahapan: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, sedangkan pengujian dilakukan menggunakan black box testing dan skala Likert untuk menilai kepuasan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata tingkat penerimaan pengguna dari 82,7% sebelum penggunaan menjadi 87,3% setelah penggunaan game edukasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar serta pemahaman anak dalam mengenal buah-buahan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran berbasis digital yang menyenangkan dan efektif untuk pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Background: The transaction mechanism for scrap items designates collectors as the purchasing party and community members or scavengers as the selling party. In operating their business, they still rely on manual methods, involving circulating door-to-door and relying on phone calls from regular customers. The current situation requires residents to wait for collectors to circulate their area and leaves them uninformed about the unpredictable and unstable pricing of scrap goods.Aims: This study aims to provide education provision regarding waste and scrap, followed by a workshop detailing the operation of the TrashGo application that was developed during prior activities.Methods: Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) which consists of five stages: discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny.Result: Participants understood the business side of waste and scrap. Both collectors and the community were able to effectively utilize the TrashGo application for conducting scrap material transactions. A 95% level of understanding regarding the scrap business and application usage was achieved, signifying the training's success and utility.Conclusion: Data from questionnaires filled out by all participants show that this activity's targets were met. Based on the satisfaction survey, it can be concluded that participants were pleased and felt supported by the program.
