Abstract

This study examines the factors of Self Efficacy in Work Engagement and the perceived fulfillment of the Psychology Contract as a moderator function concerning these two factors. In addition, this study determines the intervention program to be implemented. The success of an organization depends on its approach to developing human resources effectively. The research subjects were employees of PT. X in Jakarta with a final sample determination of 199 respondents. The data analysis technique used moderate regression analysis (MRA) through an instrument in a questionnaire. The results showed that the Self Efficacy variable had a significant effect on Work Engagement with a contribution of 71.5 percent, Fulfillment of Relational Psychological Contracts by 74.8 percent, and Transactional by 69.3 percent. The role of Self-Efficacy in Work Engagement, then the Fulfillment of Psychological Contracts Perceived in Relational Relationships, significantly moderates Self-Efficacy and Work Engagement. Perceived Psychological Contract scores to increase the strength of the relationship between Self-Efficacy and Work Engagement. Keywords: Self Efficacy, work engagement, perceived psychological contract fulfillment Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor self efficacy dalam work engagement dan persepsi pemenuhan kontrak psikologi sebagai fungsi moderator terkait kedua faktor tersebut. Selain itu, studi ini menentukan program intervensi yang akan dilaksanakan. Keberhasilan sebuah organisasi bergantung pada pendekatannya untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia secara efektif. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. X di Jakarta dengan penentuan sampel akhir 199 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sedang (MRA) melalui instrumen berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel self efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement dengan kontribusi 71,5 persen, pemenuhan kontrak psikologis relasional sebesar 74,8 persen, dan transaksional sebesar 69,3 persen. peran selfefficacy dalam work engagement, kemudian pemenuhan kontrak psikologis yang dirasakan dalam hubungan relasional, secara signifikan memoderasi self-efficacy dan work engagement. nilai kontrak psikologis yang dipersepsikan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kekuatan hubungan antara self-efficacy dan work engagement. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the patterns of interpersonal communication applied by peer supporters at the Intermedika Prana Foundation in assisting people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in developing self-acceptance, as well as how such communication contributes to improving their quality of life. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method using interviews and direct observation. The informants consisted of peer supporters, foundation administrators, and PLWHA who are members of peer support groups. The findings indicate that effective interpersonal communication characterized by empathy, openness, and support plays a crucial role in helping PLWHA accept their health status. Assistance is provided on an individual basis to accommodate the diverse needs of PLWHA, with the aim of strengthening mental resilience and readiness to undergo treatment. In addition, communication conducted through a humanistic approach is able to reduce fear and rejection and increase adherence to antiretroviral therapy (ART). Thus, social support delivered through effective interpersonal communication contributes to enhancing self-acceptance among PLWHA, reducing stigma, and strengthening their commitment to treatment, which ultimately improves their quality of life.
