Abstract

Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta merupakanUniversitas Swasta yang menyelenggarakan pendidikian diProvinsi Jawa Tengah. Pelaksanaan ujian skripsi mahasiswa diUniversitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta dilaksanakan sebanyak 2(dua) kali, yaitu ujian seminar proposal dan ujian Skripsi. Setiapmahasiswa akan diuji oleh 3 (tiga) orang dosen, yakni 1 orangdosen pembimbing dan 2 orang dosen penguji, sedangkan 1orang dosen dapat menjadi penguji pada beberapa mahasiswa,sehingga dalam penyusunan jadwal ujian skripsi harusmempertimbangkan ketersediaan waktu masing-masing dosenyang akan menguji. Penyusunan jadwal ujian skripsi diUniversitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta saat sekarang ini dilakukansecara manual, sehingga masih ditemukannya jadwal ujianskripsi yang tumpang tindih. Jadwal ujian yang tumpang tindihmengakibatkan pelaksanaan ujian tidak maksimal, sehinggadiperlukan teknik dalam penyusunan jadwal ujian skripsi. Salahsatu teknik yang dapat digunakan untuk membentuk jadwaladalah pewarnaan simpul graf dengan menggunakan algoritmaWelch-powell. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwaalgoritma Welch-powell dapat diterapkan dalam pembuatanjadwal ujian skripsi dengan memberikan hasil penjadwalan yanglebih baik dari metode sebelumnya. Jadwal ujian skripsi yangdihasilkan tidak lagi memperlihatkan jadwal ujian yang salingtumpang tindih sehingga pelaksanaan ujian skripsi berjalandengan lebih baik.

Abstract

A website is a necessity for individuals, groups, and large companies in the current era of internet development. PT. Tebar Digital Kreasi, a company providing website creation and development services in the Solo area, faces challenges in helping clients choose the right website creation package that suits their needs. Without a recommendation system, the package selection process requires direct communication with the marketing team, which can be inefficient and time-consuming. The aim of this research is to design and develop a recommendation system by applying the Knowledge-Based Recommendation method. The method for developing this system is Agile Software Development. The development stages include needs analysis, Unified Modeling Language (UML) system design, and database implementation. System testing was conducted using the Blackbox method, and performance was measured using recall and precision metrics. The test results indicate that the developed recommendation system successfully provides accurate and relevant recommendations according to user needs. The recall value reached 100%, demonstrating the system's ability to retrieve all relevant data items, while the precision value reached 89.43%, indicating the accuracy of the relevant items displayed.

Abstract

ERP adalah suatu sistem integrasi yang mengalami penyederhanaan proses bisnis suatu organisasi agar dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan efektif. Namun, salah satu hambatan dalam penerapan sistem ERP ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan beberapa pengguna terkait sistem tersebut. Keberhasilan suatu sistem ERP sangat bergantung pada sejauh mana sistem tersebut bermanfaat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna, sehingga dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada mereka. Aspek-aspek kualitas seperti kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan sangat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem ERP. Temuan dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari 17% dari total 486 karyawan di PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk, dengan sampel berjumlah 83 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 83 karyawan. Hasil analisis dari pengolahan data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan dalam sistem ERP secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna

Abstract

There are Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Jogja is included in the new category because of its launch in early 2023, but it already has a total turnover of hundreds of millions. This MSME focuses on enlisted Ice Cream sales with dozens of Ice Cream menu variants. The unstable level of sales originating from trends or seasons becomes a separate enemy for business actors. This study aims to carry out the permanent sales of MSME Jogja using the autoregressive method. The steps taken are (1) data collection, (2) Calculation of ACF and PACF, (3) data processing, and (4) calculation of error values. The data used in the current study is the 8 -8-month sales transaction data. The results showed that the autoregressive method can predict the sale of MSME Jogja with a low error value of MAE = 0.18 and RMSE = 0.14. With this, Ice Cream sales predictions using the Autoregressive Method can be accepted, which results in sales predictions in the following month, May 2024, as many as 1,118 products were sold. Suggestions for further researchers to research each existing menu variant. Keywords: Prediction, Sales, Ice Cream, Autoregressive

Abstract

Ngabenrejo Village, located in Grobogan Subdistrict, Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province, faces various public issues such as damaged roads, garbage accumulation, flooding, and more. The management of public complaints is still conducted manually, where residents must submit written reports to the village officials. This method often results in unrecorded complaints, difficulty in follow-up, and the risk of reports being overlooked due to the absence of a structured monitoring system. This research aims to design and develop a web-based public complaint system integrated with a Geographic Information System (GIS), referred to in Indonesian as Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). The system development method used is prototyping, supported by observation, interviews, and literature studies. The outcome of this research is a web-based complaint system that allows residents to submit complaints online along with the geographical location of the reported issue. Key features include complaint location mapping, email notifications to the complainants, and a dashboard for village officials to manage reports. This system is expected to improve the efficiency of public services and enhance transparency in handling community complaints, as each report is properly recorded, easily monitored, and can be systematically followed up.
