Management Usaha Ekonomi Desa/Kelurahan Simpan-Pinjam (UED-SP) in Gabung Makmur village of Kerinci Kanan subdistrict Siak regency. Usaha Ekonomi Desa/Kelurahan Simpan-Pinjam (UED/K-SP) stipulated in Law Number 6 of 1998. Theoretical concepts used by George Terry (2003:3) which includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling. Main sources of this research is the Village Head of Gabung Makmur once authority UED/K-SP. This research is a qualitative descriptive with triangulation technique that means to reveal phenomena that occur in Management Usaha Ekonomi Desa/Kelurahan Simpan-Pinjam (UED/K-SP) as well as inhibiting factors. The resulte of this research showed Management Usaha Ekonomi Desa/Kelurahan Simpan-Pinjam (UED/K-SP) in Gabung Makmur village of Kerinci Kanan subdistrict Siak regency not optimal. This is because any some hindrance factors of UED/K-SP are the human resource is still low, utilizing karaker UED/K-SP, and financial resorces.Keywords : Management, UED/K-SP,SDM

General Hospital Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagansiapi-api a central hospital in Rokan Hilir in general and people in particular Bagansiapi-api. The hospital is also home to the referral of patients for treatment using their own cost and user Jamkesmas and strategic enough mileage to 16 health centers in the area of Rokan Hilir. This study was conducted with several phenomena discovered by researchers in the field. That is a long process that tends to care for patients and the lack of a health fair attitude to patients who make their undifferentiated in terms of getting services. This study aims to determine a health care from hospitals Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagansiapi-api and to determine the factors that affect a health care from hospitals Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagansiapi-api. Descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection methods used observation and interviews. Theoretical concepts used are according to Agung Kurniawan who say that the administration of the service (serve) for a person or people who have an interest in him in accordance with the basic rules and procedures have been established, determined by several indicators, namely: Timeliness of service, accuracy of service, courteous and friendliness in service, ease of getting care, comfort in service, support service attributes, these indicators also to determine the factors that affect the implementation of the service. The results showed that a health services in hospitals Dr. RM. Pratomo not running optimally, because of the 6 indicators of overall service has not been achieved. For indicators of service timeliness, accuracy of service, courtesy and friendliness of the service, and the ease in getting the service is not maximized, while fatherly attributes of comfort and service support has been reached. Factors that affect service Jamkesmas at Hospital Dr. RM. Pratomo is the lack of medical personnel, procedures, and lack of long service tends polite and friendly attitude of employees towards the patient.Keywords: Services, Jamkesmas, Hospital

City Transportation stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Transportation KM numbers. 35 of 2003 on the implementation of the road transport by public transport. The ministerial decree contains provisions in urban transportation. Problems that occur in Dumai still many Urban Transport netted in public passenger and freight operations were caught violating the license should be completed throughout the City Transportation partly also ineligible roadworthy this can cause problems with regard to the safety of passengers and road users other. Public confidence to use the City Transport began to diminish due to inconvenience in use. This is because of several City Transport which is not according to the standard of driving is reckless, smoking, stop halfway etc. Things like this which should be addressed by the Department of Transportation. So that people do not feel reluctant to use public facilities in transportation services. Improve oversight by observing impose sanctions and an evaluation of public transport that does not meet the criteria specified in the regulations. In imposing sanctions for drivers need good firmness and City Transport to the City Transportation companies provide socialization is because of weak regulatory oversight of public transport is also affected by the lack of knowledge of the Municipal Transport driver itself on the City Transportation standards.Keywords: Supervision, Sanctions, Evaluation

Observation Of Circulation of Suplemen Food by BBPOM ( Big Hall of Supervisor Medicinize and Food) Pekanbaru. Observation of circulation of food suplemen of vital importance to be conducted. Especially to danger generated by product of suplemen food which is improper used again, have or kadaluarsa of suplemen the food do not have permit circulate, and contain proven dangerous materials endanger consumer soul and health wearing product of suplemen food. As for phenomenon at this research is the lack of observation of BBPOM to circulation of food suplemen without permit to protect society effect of usage of food suplemen without permit. This research method is to have the character of descriptive qualitative, using technique of purposive sampling representing an technique intake of sampel with a[n consideration which is expert in its area. As for becoming informan lock in this research is inspection area and investigation and shares of serlik Big Hall of Supervisor Medicinize and Food Town of Pekanbaru. And becoming complement informan is society as consumer and perpetrator .This research is conducted with interview and observation.From result of research conducted by researcher at Big Hall of Supervisor Medicinize and Food about circulation of food suplemen in the reality conducted observation still less executed as its his. As for used as by theory concept indicator is according to M.Manullang, namely cover: Specifying standard, conducting action assessment, and conduct action correction. Much of the food that has been imported into Indonesia without clear information on its packaging. Whether it's because without a marketing authorization and the product is damaged or expired . All of these products are mostly imported illegally from neighboring Malaysia . Often the data information contained in the packaging of food products imported manipulated is to hide the use of materials - hazardous chemicals contained in food in between formalin , borax , and rhodamine -b . Until now , monitoring the implementation of the food and beverage imports in Pekanbaru still felt very minimal . Idealitanya BBPOM protect consumers of imported foods that contain harmful chemicals in Pekanbaru . Knowledge society is still not sufficient to be able to select and use imported products appropriately , correctly and safely . Hence the importance of this issue in this paper the authors take the title Implementation Supervision of Imported Food Products in Pekanbaru . The concept of the theory is that researchers use control . Supervision consists of food standards , assessment measures , and corrective actions . Source of qualitative data obtained , in the form of primary data and secondary data . Determination method used in this study was the informant snowball sampling , while the samples taken are Hall of POM in Pekanbaru especially the supervision and consumer protection . The method of data analysis was done qualitatively obtained by triangulation techniques . In collecting the data , the researcher used interview techniques , observation and documentation . The results showed that the monitoring of imported food products made with two methods , namely Pre Market Surveillance and Monitoring Post Market . Still many food products illegally imported and expired in addition to the factors of government oversight ( BBPOM ) is not tight . Therefore , the surveillance here BBPOM be very important in assessing the time of registration of the imported food products .
