Abstract

Khawarij thought has existed since the Prophet Muhammad was still around. The hadiths show this. However, the emergence of this group began when Ali Bin Abi Talib became Caliph and was involved in a conflict with Mu'awiyah who was the governor of Syria. The conflict occurred because Mu'awiyah demanded that Ali bin Abi Talib solve the Uthman bin Affan murder case. This conflict then led to a war called the Shiffin War and ended with an agreement to negotiate. After an agreement was reached, there were groups who were dissatisfied with the results of the agreement and they left and separated themselves. This group came to be known as the Khawarij. They fight against the legitimate government and spread ideas that deviate from the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Abstract

This research was conducted because it saw the relevance of the thought of al-Thab 'education in the perspective of TGKH Muhammad Zainuddin, with the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003. The method used in this paper is the literature study method with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques by collecting data or materials. materials related to the theme of the discussion and problems taken from bibliographical sources. This paper concludes that there is a relevance of the TGKH TGKH Muhammad Zainuddin educational thinking with the National Education System, namely: 1) Educational objectives; 2) Teaching methods; 3) education delivery strategy; 4) Learning strategies. The perspective of TGKH Muhammad Zainuddin, not only aims to change the characteristics through the educational path but also aims to increase the religious value of society through the applied Sufism teachings.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan/Manajer suatu proses untuk menggerakkan sekelompok orang menuju suatu tujuan yang telah di sepakati berasama dengan mendorong atau memotivasi untuk bertindak dengan tidak terpaksa. Dengan kemampuan seorang pemimpin yang baik dapat menggerakkan orang-orang menuju tujuan jangka panjang dan betul-betul merupakan usaha untuk memenuhi kepentingan mereka. Penelitian ini membahas arti pemimpin dan manajer serta perbedaan dari keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka yaitu pengumpulan data melalui penelaahan yang dilakukan secara intensif, mendetail, dan komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) pemimpin sebagai seseorang dengan wewenang kepemimpinannya mengarahkan bawahannya untuk mengerjakan sebagian dari pekerjaannya dalam mencapai tujuan (2) manajer adalah seseorang yang bekerja melalui orang lain dengan mengoordinasikan kegiatan-kegiatannya guna mencapai sasaran suatu organisasi. Posisi manajer menjadi sangat krusial dan diharapkan mempunyai peranan dalam meningkatkan serta menjaga keseimbangan dalam suatu organisasi (3) Perbedaan terbesar antara manajer dan pemimpin adalah dari bagaimana cara memotivasi orang-orang yang bekerja atau mengikuti mereka, dan ini menetapkan nada untuk aspek-aspek lain sebagian besar dari apa yang mereka lakukan. Kebanyakan pada keadaannya memiliki keduanya dalam memengelola pekerjaan, terutama pada keadaan yang sulit bertindak sebagai pemimpin.

Abstract

This article aims to show how to manage stress in forming a professional teacher. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the type of library research. The data analysis technique used is a content analysis pattern. This study explains that managing stress is to maintaining relations with fellow human beings based on an Islamic perspective. The conclusions are: First, how to manage stress according to the existing situation, namely: Faith in Allah SWT, sincere intention to practice the knowledge possessed by students, Absorbing the meaning of prayer and dhikr that we always pray to Allah SWT, Put your trust in Allah SWT, Accept what is the current situation and conditions, Be patient in dealing with all problems, and Always be grateful for the blessings that Allah SWT has given. Second, because life is a reality that must be experienced, every human being, must experience symptoms of stress in their lives.

Abstract

A research to know the influence of washing treatments and various natural adsorbent as storage media of fresh cassava has been done in Agriculture laboratory of the University of Islam Malang. The research was done using 2 factors (washing treatment and of natural adsorbents). The first factor consisted of 2 levels: no washing and washing treatment. The second factor consisted of 5 levels (without natural absorbent, river sand, charcoal husk, wood charcoal, and ashes). The storage was done for 2 weeks. The parameters observed were weight loss (%), moisture content (%), total soluble solid, total microbes, and sensory test (colour, aroma, and taste of the cassava). The result showed that quantitatively the cassava stored in the river sand without water treatment gave the best performance. It had the highest water content (33,40%) at the last observed (2 weeks storage). Respondents liked the cassavas which were stored in the river sand as adsorbent media. Further research using river sand l as the natural adsorbent in cassava storage should be done accurately to know the effect of the adsorbent to the nutrition change and economic value of the storage system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pustaka (library research), yaitu penelitian dengan serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Penelitian pustaka (library research) merupakan penelitian yang objeknya dicari dengan berbagai informasi pustaka seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, majalah, koran dan dokumen. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan; (a)Landasan apa dalam perekrutan/pengangkatan kepala sekolah? (b) Bagaimana sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi yang dilaksanakan mampu mendapatkan calon kepala sekolah yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan atau ideal?; (c) Bagaimana sistem penempatan hasil seleksi calon kepala sekolah?. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses promosi kepala sekolah SMA/SMK yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah Provinsi Banten melalui mekanisme yang telah ditetapkan oleh Permendikbud Ristek Nomor 40 Tahun 2021. Sementara rotasi dan mutasi kepala sekolah belum sepenuhnya mengacu kepada Permendikbud Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang penugasan kepala sekolah pada satuan pendidikan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah daerah dengan sistem periodesasi.

Abstract

Periodization of Islamic education in the Qur'an in children of puberty is intended to foster and develop talent or potential, maintain religious and human values, provide positive and productive provisions, create a generation that has faith and devotion to Allah, improve worship relationships with Allah, fellow humans, and the natural environment. The research aims to study or analyze the periodization of Islamic education in the Qur'an in children of puberty. The research method uses qualitative through library research, the type of data collection uses documentation in the form of books, journals and others, while data analysis uses content analysis. The results of the research findings that the periodization of education for children of baligh age, even though in this phase they have become students or students, but the figure of parents still has a role and is responsible for always the most basic or main educator must continue to be carried out optimally. Therefore, the task of both parents is not only to finance children in formal education, but must continuously carry out guidance and direction as well as good examples to support the success of children in the formal education they are pursuing. Likewise, during the period of puberty, the physical condition of children undergoes many changes, including; growing and developing very quickly, broadening their horizons, becoming strong and hard emotions and starting to awaken their sexual instincts and other changes. Thus, the things that must receive attention from parents and educators, among others, are: Fostering awareness in the child that he has reached the age of adulthood, and providing knowledge related to the law of puberty and teaching related history or stories that can increase devotion, providing encouragement to help with various homework, trying to maximize opportunities and time used for interests and activities that have benefits.

Abstract

Higher education currently faces complex challenges in efforts to improve the quality of educational services amidst increasingly fierce global competition. This research aims to conduct a systematic literature review and meta-analysis of various current research on higher education quality management to produce a comprehensive model that integrates various approaches and considers local context and religious values. The research method uses a qualitative approach with Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Meta-Analysis, implementing the PRISMA protocol as a methodological framework in literature selection. Of the initial 59,422 articles searched, 7 high-quality articles were selected for comprehensive review. The meta-analysis results show a significant positive correlation between quality management factors and the quality of higher education with an overall effect size of r = 0.60 (95% CI [0.52, 0.68]). Transformative leadership emerged as the most influential factor (r = 0.68), followed by quality culture (r = 0.63) and TQM implementation (r = 0.62). Moderate to high heterogeneity (I² = 67.3%) indicates the need for a contextual rather than standard quality management approach. These findings suggest a holistic quality management model that integrates TQM principles, CIPP evaluation model, transformative leadership, outcome-based curriculum development, stakeholder involvement, and integration of religious values ​​according to institutional characteristics.

Abstract

The quality of education is the main goal that every madrasa wants to achieve. Quality is a must that must be achieved in order to increase public trust in madrasas. Because quality-oriented madrasahs will be the institutions of choice, this is because most madrasas, especially madrasahs managed by the community, have suffered setbacks. The quality of madrasah education services will be determined by the extent to which madrasahs can optimally manage all existing capabilities and resources, the paradigm that must be built by madrasahs is to build quality. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods dan the type of research used is the library research method . is a study based on the philosophy of postpositivism that uses interpretative and constructive paradigms. Quality management aims to improve the quality of work, increase productivity and efficiency by increasing performance and improving the quality of work. High-quality education is not only reflected in the quality of graduates but also in the quality of educational institutions that can meet and serve customer needs according to applicable quality standards. The central basic technique for continuous quality improvement is improving the quality of all objects processed in education administration, starting from teachers, students, curriculum, learning processes, educational institutions, financing, and also relations with the community. Madrasas that live mainly from, through, and for the community need attention and support from all parties. Quality improvement does not occur without input from all parties. Therefore, to improve their quality, madrasas must be assisted to maintain and struggle so that they can live and develop and compete with other educational institutions. Abstract

Eligious Education is also intended as an effort to enhance the spiritual potential that shapes students with faith and belief in God Almighty, as well as obedience in fulfilling His commands and avoiding His prohibitions, while cultivating noble character. BTQ (Qur'an Reading and Writing) is a part of the Islamic Religious Education subject that serves as a means of providing knowledge, guidance, and development to students, particularly in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, to understand and believe in the truth of Islamic teachings based on the Qur'an and As-Sunnah, and to practice its content in daily life. This study aims to examine the effect of using the Practice Rehearsal Pairs strategy in improving students' ability to write the Qur'an. This strategy is designed to encourage collaboration between students in practicing Qur'an writing techniques repetitively while providing feedback to each other. It is expected that through this approach, students will improve the accuracy, readability, and conformity of their writing to the rules of Qur'an writing. This research employs an experimental method with a pretest-posttest design involving two groups: an experimental group applying the Practice Rehearsal Pairs strategy and a control group using conventional learning methods. The results show that the application of the Practice Rehearsal Pairs strategy leads to significant improvements in students' Qur'an writing abilities, both in accuracy and readability, compared to the conventional method. These findings contribute to the innovation in Qur'an writing instruction and introduce a collaborative approach to learning.
