Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui kualitas pembelajaran anak usia dini dimasa pandemic covid-19 dan apa strategi guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran serta apa saja factor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran di PPAUD IT Lukmanul Hakim selama masa masa pandemic covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data Reduction, data Diplay, conglusion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kualitas pembelajaran anak usia dini dimasa pandemic covid-19 yaitu guru mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, membuat pembelajaran yang bervariasi bagi anak, guru membuat anak bersemangat dalam belajar serta guru mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang berkesan bagi anak dan strategi guru PPAUD IT lukmanul hakim meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran anak usia dini dimasa pandemi covid-19 mampu mempertahankan kualitas pembelajaran dibuktikan bahwa guru melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran melalui Daring, Luring dan Home Visit dengan menggunakan strategi guru saat sebelum pandemic yakni guru masih melakukan perencanaan pembelajaran, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran di PPAUD IT Lukmanul Hakim diantaranya, guru, orang tua, anak didik, serta sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Kualitas Pembelajaran, Pandemi Covid-19 Abstract: This research aims at finding out the teacher’s strategy in improving leaerning quality and the factors influencing the teacher’s strategy in improving learning quality during the Covid-19 Pandemic at PPAUD IT Lukmanul Hakim. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjeck of this research was the teacher. The research data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The data was analyzed by using reduction, data Diplay, conglusion he result of the researchs revealed that the teachers had the ability to make learning enjoyable for children, to make learningvaried for students, to movivate students to learn, and to make learning more memorable. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, PPAUD IT teachers Lukmanul Hakim’s technique to increase the quality of early childhood learning was able to sustain the quality of learning. The teacher demonstrated this by dong learning activities via online, offline and home visits. Before the pandemic, the teachers’ technique for conducting learning was to continue planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating lessons. The factors that affectthe qualityof learning at PPAUD IT Lukmanul Hakim were teachers,, parent, students, and facilities and infrastructure.
