Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui (1) upaya peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar  peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif Team Game Tournament (2) peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik MAN 3 Sleman dengan model Team Game Tournament tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas XII IPS 3 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Sleman  berjumlah 27 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1)Model pembelajaran kooperatif Team Game Tournament dilakukan dengan melalui langkah-langkah: penyampaian kompetensi, pengajaran langsung, pembagian kelompok, game, tournament,  pemberian penghargaan. 2) Model pembelajaran kooperatif Team Game Tournament dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta idik sebesar 44,44% dan hasil belajar sebesar 8,12.Implementation of cooperative learning model type team game tournament to increase activity and economic learning outcomesThis research objective was found: (1) improvement learning activity and outcome of high school students with Team Game Tournament model. (2) And increasing learning activity and learning outcomes of high school students MAN 3 Sleman. The research conducted by classroom action research. The subject of research consist of 27 student of class XII IPS 3 MAN 3 Sleman. Data collection technique using documentation, observation, interview, and test. The technique of data analysis was carried out by using qualitative  and comparative descriptive analysis.The result of this research showed that: (1) the Team Game Tournament cooperatif learning model was carried out with the following step: delivery of competence, direct method, group division, game, tournament, reward. 2) the Team Game Tournament learning model was able to increase learning activity 44,44% and studies learning outcomes 8,12.
