Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi agama Islam (PTAIN) harus memperkuat keberadaan dan peranannya dalam melayani masyarakat di bidang jasa pendidikan. Jangan sampai Islam dipersepsikan statis, tidak berkembang karena perguruan tingginya hanya mengurus sedikit dari seharusnya banyak bidang yang harus dikaji. Karena itu, pembukaan program studi di lingkungan perguruan tinggi agama Islam bisa dikembangkan pada bidang-bidang yang lebih luas karena masyarakat pasti membutuhkannya. Pembidangan ilmu yang parsial harus disudahi, dan menuju pada pembidangan ilmu yang komprehensif. Tarbiyah sebagai fakultas ataupun jurusan tidak hanya mengenal program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, dan Kependidikan Islam. Dewasa ini, perguruan tinggi agama Islam ada yang sudah membuka program studi Tadris Matematika, Tadris Fisika, Tadris Biologi, dan Tadris Kimia. Namun, bidang kajian utama dalam pendidikan jauh dari keberadaannya di lingkungan PTAIN, sehingga pendidikan Islam tidak melembagakan program studi Pengembangan Kurikulum, Evaluasi, Teknologi Pendidikan, Bimbingan dan Konseling, Pendidikan Bahasa selain Arab dan Inggris. Bahkan Ilmu Pendidikan Islam sebagai basis keilmuan Tarbiyah belum pernah dijadikan sebagai program studi. Tulisan ini menginisiatifkan program studi di lingkungan Tarbiyah agar komprehensif sebagai sistem kajian kependidikan dan keguruan Islam, sebagaimana sistem kajian pendidikan lainnya. Abstract

Abstract; Developing curriculum in Islamic education programme is not only to change the subject matter but also to increase substances of curriculum its self. Developing consists of planning, model, implementation, and evaluation. Curriculum was designed as an Islamic programme, namely Islamic studies, basic sciences in social and statistic, educational matters, and practicum. Evaluation is one of procedures to pass every subject matter, and then fi nal examination for scription. Developing programme for this curriculum to renew is every four or fi ve years. Abstract

This is a qualitative research about student behavior at Tarbiyah ofSTAIN Kudus. Focus of the research about (1) indiviual behavior, includingmotivation, perception, personality, attitude, and value, (2) group behavior,namely their interaction in campus. The result are (1) most of studentshave good perceptions for their individual interactions. So, they interact oneanothers friendly; (2) most of students have good perceptions for their groupinteractions. Abstract

Quality of educational management depends on organizationalbehavior. Therefore, behaviors must be sistematically organized. This researchexplained about individual, group, and organizational behavior, especiallyfrom the view of (1) the value system maintained at madrasah diniyah, (2) thenorm that runs among members of madrasah diniyah, (3) policy/rule that isapplied at madrasah diniyah, (4) service climate at madrasah diniyah, and (5)performance, in both organizational health and productivity. This research wasdesigned in qualitative approach. The data were gathered by using interview,observation, document, and focused on group discussion. The validityand reliability were verified by credibility, transferability, dependability,and confirmability test. They were analyzed by using interactive model.The results of the research: (1) the value system maintained at madrasahdiniyah consists of religious, social, and scientific values, (2) the norm thatruns among members of madrasah diniyah are to obey the rules, ethics, andsocial dedication, (3) the policy/rule is applied at madrasah diniyah, namelyguidance and supervision, tolerance, and harmony, (4) the service climatesat madrasah diniyah are such as motivation, communication, team work,comitment of social service, and satisfaction, and (5) the performances consistof both organizational health and productivity. Based on the result of thisresearch, finally it is recommended to: (1) managers, especially at madrasahdiniyah to continuously improve their teacher competences. (2) community,especially moslem to pay more attentions that it has good teachers to teachtheir students, goverment, especially educational office and Religious AffairMinistry to make precise decision for improving the management of madrasah diniyah. Abstract

Penelitian ilmiah yang terpancang pada hipotesis, logika, dan verifikasi telah banyak mengungkap sisi lain dari sesuatu yang nyata. Namun, banyak juga tantangan dan hambatan yang dialami penelitian ilmiah dalam mengungkap banyak sisi dari kehidupan dan alam, misalnya tentang jin. Fenomena jin banyak dikaji dalam literatur keagamaan berbagai agama di dunia, dan keberadaannya menarik bagi para peneliti. Tata surya, listrik, magnet, gelombang elektromegnetik, dan UFO merupakan temuan-temuan yang scientifik dimana pada mulanya dianggap tidak ada, atau keberadaannya masih dipertanyakan. Pembahasan tentang jin merupakan fenomena yang terus diteliti. Sudah dimulai, terus dilaksanakan, dan terus diteliti sampai waktu tanpa batas.

Abstract

Madrasah diniyah di Kabupaten Kudus mempunyai peta yang cukup menarik. Dilihat dari sisi kuantitas, madrasah diniyah mempunyai jumlah terbesar (220 madrasah) dibanding jumlah madrasah pada masing-masing jenjang madrasah ibtidaiyah (135 madrasah), madrasah tsanawiyah (57 madrasah), madrasah aliyah (29 madrasah) dan pondok pesantren (101 pesantren). Dari 220 madrasah diniyah di Kudus, hanya ada 7 madrasah diniyah yang mempunyai jenjang lengkap dari ula, wustho dan ulya. Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif pada tiga variabel, budaya organisasi dilihat dari sistem nilai dan model kepemimpinan. Indikator budaya organisasi diukur dari aspek-aspek yang meliputi: (1) menggunakan usaha fisik dan mental dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan secara wajar (seperti orang bermain atau beristirahat), (2) kontrol eksternal dan encaman hukuman bukan alat satu-satunya untuk mencapai sasaran organisasi, (3) kesiapan berusaha secara bertanggung jawab dan tidak hanya menerima sesuatu saja, (4) pembagian yang luas antara individu dalam berimajinasi, ingenuitas dan kreatifitas, (5) potensialitas intelektual manusia umunya hanya dimanfaatkan sebagian. Sistem nilai dikriteriakan sebagai : (1) nilai merupakan suatu kepercayaan seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang meyakini baik atau tidak baik tentang sesuatu, (2) nilai bisa memberikan pemaknaan terhadap suatu obyek berupa benda, sikap, tindakan untuk dimaknai baik-buruk, layak-tidak layak, pantas-tidak pantas dan sebagainya, dan (3) nilai bisa mempengaruhi persepsi seseorang terhadap apresiasi tertentu sehingga mempengaruhi obyektifitas tertentu karena seseorang dengan nilai itu akan mempunyai kecenderungan dalam perspektif nilai yang dianutnya. (4) nilai keikhlasan, pengabdian sosial, tanggung jawab, kasih sayang dan membina anak didik. Model kepemimpinan dilihat dengan kriteria (1) model kepemimpinan apakah model formal (formal models), model kolegial (collegial models), model politik (political models), model subyektif (subjective models), model ambiguitas (ambiguity models) dan model kultural (cultural models), (2) tipe kepemimpinan apakah direktif atau partisipatif. Analisis dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) Guru madrasah diniyah di Kudus berpersepsi bahwa sistem nilai di madrasah diniyah adalah dalam kategori baik, (2) Guru madrasah diniyah di Kudus berpersepsi bahwa kepemimpinan di madrasah diniyah adalah dalam kategori baik, (3) Guru madrasah diniyah di Kudus berpersepsi bahwa budaya organisasi di madrasah diniyah adalah dalam kategori baik, (4)Hasil penghitungan menunjukkan bahwa sistem nilai berhubungan secara signifikan dengan budaya organisasi di madrasah diniyah di Kudus, (5) Hasil penghitungan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berhubungan secara signifikan dengan budaya organisasi di madrasah diniyah di Kudus. Abstract

Abstract

Abstract: This study used a qualitative approach, to describe the (1) curriculumpolicy planning charged practices in Islamic learning, (2) form of charged practicecurriculum in the learning of Islam, (3) curriculum implementation and evaluationin Islamic learning. Research results: (1) There are 63 subjects containing 155credits in Islamic Religious Education at Tarbiyah Department of Kudus IslamicState College of Islam have clearly been prepared their practicums, at leastthere are eight practicums, including: Arabic, English, worship, information andtechnology, research, profession/micro teaching, field professional practicums,and real practice (KKN). The eighth subjects arenamed practicum courses, (2)in addition, there are 20charged forms of the practice course, 24 other regularsubjects, but have a lab charge, and of the twenty- four, decent into practicumcourses are statistics, both descriptive and inferential, (3) the implementation oflearning to eight practicum courses, offered in sequence from the first half to eightsemesters, charged by evaluating the curriculum refers to the practice of learning and evaluation system. Passing valuation of each subject is specified minimum value of 2.00, except Field Professional Practice (PPL) that must reach a minimumvalue of 3.49 Keywords: Management, Islamic Religious Practicum

Abstract

This study aims to explain the basic values of madrasa management in Kudus, the values of developing madrasa in Kudus, and the excellent values of madrasa in Kudus. This research is a field study that uses a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interview, observation, and document study methods. Data analysis used the Spradley model, namely domain, taxonomic, compound, and cultural themes analysis. The result of this study explains that the strategic values in the madrasa lie in the basic values of the madrasa i.e. an educational institution whose main mission is to teach the islamic sciences. The next strategic values are the values of development which focus on a better quality learning model, namely curriculum, learning and output. Furthermore, the excellent values of the madrasa are focused on three values, namely the values of excellence in tafaqquh fiddin or mastery in the knowledge of Islam, the values of excellence in memorizing the Qur'an, and the values of excellence in the field of research. It is recommended that the madrasah aliyah  in Kudus also develop other strategic values to become excellent, such as international schools or ICT based schools.
