Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the practice of the implementation of the rights of the child suspects in the case of theft by weighting handled by Investigator Police Wonogiri in the perspective of the presumption of innocence. Background research that children as young generation to be aware of his rights as a suspect in the judicial process. The fulfillment of the rights of the child suspect is a manifestation of the principle of presumption of innocence.\The research method used in this research is normative juridical. The method used is the approach of legislation and case approach. Legal materials needed in this research is the primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials. Methods of data analysis in this study conducted qualitatively. The results showed that during the investigation process has been carried out the arrest and detention of suspects. The rights of suspects who were arrested have been complied with as must be done with a warrant, arrest warrant. After being in the custody of the child should be separated from adult prisoners, the need for physical, spiritual, and social must be met. In practice the rights of suspects the child has been given. The obstacle is the problem of infrastructure required to sustain that the rights of the child more easily met as a child custody, child investigators that number is still inadequate. Abstract

The implementation of Work from Home (WFH) in government administration has had significant impacts and phenomena. The government needs to consider several things in implementing WFH so that it can take appropriate steps to overcome negative impacts and maximize benefits. In this study, the objectives were to analyze the implementation of Work From Home, examine the obstacles in implementing Work from Home, and examine the impact of Work From Home on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. field in the Human Resources Development Agency of West Java Province. And also using the literature study method, namely Work From Home. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of Work From Home at the West Java Province Human Resource Development Agency went well and no significant obstacles were found and the performance of employees was maintained while prioritizing service to the community and continuing to strictly implement health protocols

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif Make A Match terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Yaspen Tugu Ibu Depok pada mata materi turunan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 siswa dengan rincian 30 siswa dari XI IPS 1 dan 30 siswa dari kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Yaspen Tugu Ibu 1 Depok. Dari sampel sebanyak 60 siswa tersebut diperoleh nilai atau skor hasil belajar matematika siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Make A Match (kelas eksperimen) dan yang menggunakan metode diskusi (kelas kontrol). Karena 5,37 > 1,684 atau thitung > ttabel maka Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar matematika siswa yang menggunakan metode Make A Match dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang menggunakan metode diskusi atau hasil belajar matematika siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran Make A Match lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang menggunakan diskusi.
