Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of cleaning service employees at PT Ganendra Wijaya. This study used a quantitative method, with a population of all employees of PT Ganendra Wijaya in Lampung Province totaling 148 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where all members of the population were used as respondents in this study. Data collected through observation and questionnaires were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results of the validity test showed that all statement items were declared valid, while the reliability test indicated that all variables had reliable properties. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that work discipline (X1) had a positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression coefficient of 0.658, while work motivation (X2) also had a positive effect with a coefficient of 0.305. The coefficient of determination test (R2) revealed that 85.2% of the variation in employee performance could be explained by work discipline and work motivation. the results of the hypothesis test show that both work discipline and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance, with a significant value of 0.001. This study emphasizes the importance of work discipline and work motivation in improving employee performance at PT Ganendra Wijaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media promotion and electronic payment systems on purchase decisions at PT Shopee Indonesia. The population in this study is the community of Shopee users in Bandar Lampung, and the sample takes the entire population using the non-probability sampling method. The results showed that the social media promotion and electronics payment systems partially and significantly affected PT Shopee Indonesia's purchase decisions. The results also show that social media promotion and electronic payment systems simultaneously significantly affect Purchase Decisions At PT Shopee Indonesia. Meanwhile, based on the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.974 or 97,4%, this shows that 97,4% of the purchasing decision variables can be influenced by social media promotion and electronics payment systems. At the same time, the remaining 2,6% are in other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja UPT Puskesmas Bumiratu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan UPT Puskesmas Bumiratu. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan memperoleh sampel 54 responden. Variabel penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel, yaitu variabel karakteristik individu (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2). Untuk variabel dependen (y) penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis data kuantitatif, menggunakan beberapa model analisis regresi linear dengan memproses data menggunakan program SPSS 21. Karakteristik individu secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UPT Puskesmas Bumiratu. dengan nilai uji t dengan nilai thitung yang diperoleh sebesar 2.794 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.007. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja UPT Puskesmas Bumiratu dengan hasil uji t dengan nilai thitung yang diperoleh sebesar 2.085 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.042. Serta karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UPT Puskesmas Bumiratu dengan hasil uji F dengan ni yang diperoleh sebesar 25.313 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.000.
